TOPIC: Scrotum Reduction with Dr. Gary Alter or Mark Solomon?

Hi all. I have a good deal of excess scrotum skin (due mostly to a prior varicocele), and am looking into getting a scrotum reduction procedure. The two names that pop up via online research are Dr. Gary Alter and Dr. Mark Solomon. I had a consultation with Dr. Alter, but have only spoken with Dr. Solomon\'s office. My question:

1. Does anyone have experience/insight with this procedure?
2. Can anyone comment on/recommend Dr. Alter, Dr. Solomon or someone else for this procedure?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Alter has an excellent reputation and I\'ve heard nothing but good things about him. He\'s quite expensive, but he\'d be my first choice for any surgery of this kind.

Hey hoddle10. FYI, I went ahead with Dr. Alter and had the procedure done last week. I\'m very pleased with the results so far, both from a comfort and aesthetic point of view. thanks for the advice on Alter - he did great work.
