A question for all of you PE surgery veterans out there: If you could keep your experiences but had the opportunity to do it all over again, what would you do?
I hope that the responses to this thread will help those that are new to this \"sport\".
Here\'s what I would do: First, I\'d get
Circumcised if I wasn\'t already (I wasn\'t when I did my first 2 Elist implants; this may have caused or been a contributing factor to my later infection. It\'s not easy to clean under the
Foreskin when you can\'t retract it!!). I\'d start with a good stretching/
Hanging/pumping routine. I\'d go for at least 6 months. 2) If I didn\'t get any results after that, I\'d stop. If I did, I\'d continue until I DIDN\'T get results for a full 6 months. eg. If I gained length for the first 8 months but had a 6 month \"dry spell\" I would assume that the gains were over. Then 3) I\'d have my ligs cut and then resume a good stretching/
Hanging routine. Just to make sure. Maybe this works or maybe not but I\'m damn curious and wish I\'d tried for myself. I\'d follow the same the pattern.. Go again until I have 6 months of no gains. Then 4) I\'d have to decide on a
Girth option. Not sure what I\'d choose at this point. Maybe
PMMA. Maybe Allo/
Belladerm. Hey, maybe even the Elist implant. Not for the implant gain itself; but maybe to have it removed after 12-24 months just to have the \"capsule\" in place. Step 4 is the hardest decision to make (at least for me).
THEN, well, maybe it\'s just me but I may consider glans enhancement. Not juvederm (as it isn\'t permanent) but possibly allo/bella. As the drs who provide this service say you will gain \"modest\" results. But this all depends on how large my circ becomes.
More reaserch needed. That\'s why I think this may be an interesting thread.
Just my option. Easily ready to change my mind if you have better ideas.
