A question for all of you PE surgery veterans out there: If you could keep your experiences but had the opportunity to do it all over again, what would you do?

I hope that the responses to this thread will help those that are new to this \"sport\".

Here\'s what I would do: First, I\'d get Circumcised if I wasn\'t already (I wasn\'t when I did my first 2 Elist implants; this may have caused or been a contributing factor to my later infection. It\'s not easy to clean under the Foreskin when you can\'t retract it!!). I\'d start with a good stretching/Hanging/pumping routine. I\'d go for at least 6 months. 2) If I didn\'t get any results after that, I\'d stop. If I did, I\'d continue until I DIDN\'T get results for a full 6 months. eg. If I gained length for the first 8 months but had a 6 month \"dry spell\" I would assume that the gains were over. Then 3) I\'d have my ligs cut and then resume a good stretching/Hanging routine. Just to make sure. Maybe this works or maybe not but I\'m damn curious and wish I\'d tried for myself. I\'d follow the same the pattern.. Go again until I have 6 months of no gains. Then 4) I\'d have to decide on a Girth option. Not sure what I\'d choose at this point. Maybe PMMA. Maybe Allo/Belladerm. Hey, maybe even the Elist implant. Not for the implant gain itself; but maybe to have it removed after 12-24 months just to have the \"capsule\" in place. Step 4 is the hardest decision to make (at least for me).

THEN, well, maybe it\'s just me but I may consider glans enhancement. Not juvederm (as it isn\'t permanent) but possibly allo/bella. As the drs who provide this service say you will gain \"modest\" results. But this all depends on how large my circ becomes.

More reaserch needed. That\'s why I think this may be an interesting thread.

Just my option. Easily ready to change my mind if you have better ideas.

There is no way I\'d do it again. I\'ve been and am still going through 15 years of hell due to PE surgery. There are so few long term success stories. There is a good reason why so few surgeons in the entire US perform these procedures. My advice would be to never have surgery on your penis unless it\'s totally necessary. I would probably consider PMMA, but I think you\'d have to be crazy to consider any of the surgical options. Surgery and the penis simply do not mix well.

I wish I knew then what I know now. I would have done stretching/Hanging PE from 18 on. I would have cut my ligs before college and continued. I would have gotten the same Dermal Grafts MM got and likely a second helping as they absorbed. I would not do FFT or the elist procedures. I would have jumped on the PMMA wagon as soon as it became available. And I would have a much fonder memory of the last two decades of my sex life. oh - and I definitely would have avoided certain b****s in my life! lol

I think your plan should be a course competency in phy ed class (for guys). Every single one of us has had to figure this shit out for ourselves- I certainly don\'t remember my Dad or older Brother \'hand-me-downs\' of pumps or stretchers. I don\'t recall ever openly discussing this subject with anyone other than an express few from sites like this one (kudos moderators). Seriously- I agree completely with both of you- ANY YOUNGER MEN READING THIS PAY ATTENTION- pull, tug, stretch, pump... anything that works for your lifestyle. I remember a female comedian joking once about how guys workout like freaks to gain huge biceps or pecs... but don\'t ever workout on the \'pee-pee\' machine. Well, there are \'pee-pee\' machines... and when those stops working- consider the risks and weigh your options considering cosmetic/surgical options. We have veteran members with whom I\'ve spoke...and even though their stories span decades and are filled with horrifying moments or even agonizing periods of anxiety and the \'unknown\'- it is suprising how many of them admit that they are happy with their current \'stats\' and final outcome; the path is the price of admission to potential gains. Oh yeah, and tons of cash. Expect to spend a minimum of 20k on your path. I don\'t think anyone is gonna get off with less than 10k... one procedure won\'t satisfy the need for most. I would not undo what I\'ve done. I would only hope for perfect results. I advocate exhausting equipment techniques, then lig cut followed by stretching to \'exhaustion\', then Girth options if necessary. I find MHN\'s repeated implant/Removal of the elist gig fascinating- this is a true reflection of that and other \'implant\' procedures; they may not workout, but they stretch the skin and provide room for other filler materials like PMMA. I\'m guessing MHN is into this gig for 20-30k already...? That\'s cool, for those who can afford it. Someone said in one of their threads something like...\" I really can\'t afford it, but I\'d rather be broke with a big Dick...\" Giddyup. Ante-up. Big J- I\'m \'all in\' too. Regards.

Hoddle- didn\'t mean to completely contradict your sentiment. I hope you find a solution to your complications- I\'m sure you are well aware of those others who\'ve had difficulty..only to find peace with it at the end (is it ever over) of thier journey. I wish the same for you. I would definitely concur that all of these procedures are inherently risky and should be approached as such. Regards.
