TOPIC: Hanging post PMMA

Hanging post PMMA 12 years 7 months ago #1272861993

I\'ve had two rounds of PMMA and won\'t do round three until late this year or early 2013. After everything has healed, mid to late summer, I\'m looking at starting up my Hanging routine for a few months and try to get the 1/4\" of length back that I lost and maybe a little more. There is no way my homemade Hanger will work for this now. Any recommendations or ideas on what I can safely use? I think I need something that will grip right below the glans without causing blisters - don\'t think the vac sleeves will work and didn\'t much like them when I was Hanging regularly back in the day. Any experience or ideas are greatly encouraged.

I think the best Hanger option is always a Bib Hanger. It does cost a bit money, but its sub $100, highly adjustable, comes with great support, and in my opinion just the best in the community.
With your Girth you could opt for the larger model.
Something to thing about though, hangers theoretically produce gains in two ways/two phases. First you tackle your ligaments, releasing inner penis and lowering your exit point, and then secondly you attempt to actually stretch and elongate your tunica. I\'m guessing any loss of length due to PMMA is going to involve the second, as it shouldn\'t affect your ligament tightness or inner penis at all.
I feel like any loss of length is going to be due to just a general tightness of your new penis as it incorporates your new Girth, which you should be able to stretch back to its former without that much difficulty, which is good as the second phase of Hanging is the significantly slower and harder one.

I\'m also going to be doing this prior to round 2. Will keep the board informed re: progress.

i\'d have to cast my vote for a bibhanger also. been using one for a few months now and it works great once you get used to it. there really is a good two week to a month learning curve on it though. At first you might not realize it but once you start using it more you get a better feel for how things \"should\" feel vs how they do and you can adjust it from there, just start off light and follow bibs basic instructions if you do decide to get one.

Big J- I would consider an extender to start. A Jes type grabs directly behind the glans- so it really doesn\'t touch the PMMA. Also the inherent tension is substantially less, so less worry about tearing and such. M7 told me that Yogurt Cup(?- sorry, close but not quite right...lol) had some tearing from stretching/Hanging. i would procede with caution. I\'ve been using an extender already with no issues to report. I use light tension just to pull back the retraction I had from both rounds. I agree this loss is just due to increased internal volume- if it gets fatter, it almost has to get shorter... until the skin accomodates. Not sure why everyone doesn\'t report this phenomenon- I had it to some degree. I believe I have already recovered it through stretching periodically. Regards

I still have mine from Dr Giunta - with the wide base so it might fit! lol
