Yes this is true they mentioned there will be an increase in length (2.3'1.4 cm) around 0.9\" (0.4\"-1.5\").

Hi All Long time reader 1st time poster here. @smartman - great find!! Do you know if the gains made from Lipen-10 is \"permanent\" like New Plastic? or less \"permanent\" due to different types of microspheres used? I\'ll be going to korea in the next month or so, definitely considering getting this procedure. Looking at the youtube videos and the date they were uploaded, seems like they\'ve been doing this in Korea for about a year? I may be wrong.. If the gains are true and is \"permanent\" like NewPlastic used by Dr C & the length gains are also true as stated in the published research paper, this seems like the better option by far. Plus being a Korean (living in Australia), it will be less daunting of a trip compared to mexico.

It is a permanent product because it contains 20% pmma beads similar to any other pmma-products and 70% long lasting dextran, but it is too early to decide whether their product is good or not, the good thing about it there is no early drop in volume after injection and the gain is instant and also the flaccid length, but you will need touch ups later on after a long period.
If you ask me would I do it if I were in your position the answer is NO, because of the following reasons :-
1- Higher risk of Granulomas in cross-linked Dextran. 2- They use a sharp needle during injection (it could be they have great experience with this technique but still there is a chance of injecting some beads into the blood stream ---> emboli). 3- You need to wait for at least 5 yrs to see if this product is safe or not, in this case too short.
If you are going to Korea, I would have only a consultation with the doctors and ask them if you could have some references and to see the results after 1 yr at least, and about the chances of Granulomas after Dextran.
You could be of great help to our forum (being a Korean) you could get us more information about :-

2- I have mentioned in another thread where korean doctors (the 1st one in the world) used e.g. 7 different dermal fillers (including pmma- Artecoll) for glans enhancement and had great results without any complications (btw Dr. C. refuses to inject pmma in the glans because of an aesthetic issue and other doctors are afraid of necrosis ).

This study was done > 10 yrs ago, so the long-term results of this study (esp. pmma-Artecoll) should be known by now, this is the name of the inventor and his adress in korea, I will appreciate it if you can contact him and get more information about Artecoll injection in the glans (short- and long-term results and patients satisfaction) and to see the pic.s before and after :-

@ smartman I will certainly try and contact both Korean doctors when I\'m there. I\'m curious - when people started getting PMMA with Dr C. was there any evidence that the product was safe? Or was it more of a let\'s give it a go and see what the results are kind of approach? Do you think the risk factor is higher lower or similar in regards to people getting PMMA with Dr C back then and Lipen-10 now? I wish I was patient enough to wait 5+ years to see if it\'s safe, but unfortunately I\'m not. I\'ve been waiting and waiting and waiting and it\'s time for action.. Are granulomas dangerous? can you explain simply what it is? So the two negative factors of Lipen-10 procedure is because of the use of dextran which has a higher risk of granulomas and the use of needles which may cause emboli? OK Ill make sure to grill them about it to see what their response is and what evidence they can give to say it\'s safe lol. thanks again.

oh my god just watched the videos and now i wish i hadn\'t hahaha. even if they do numb you i dont know if could ever get those images out of my head during the procedure. anyways, /It is nice to see other doctors doing this and branching out into new territory.

I was looking at the diagram in the korean article the one I have mentioned in regard of \"Lipen-10\" penile injection :-
I didn\'t understand the reason (( in the result of their paper after 6 months beside the increase in penile circumference (50.5% - 59.2 %) and in flaccid length (70.6%) )) why there is also an increase in flaccid stretched penis (23.6%) about 1.4 cm = 0.6\" ???
They haven\'t mentioned about the usage of penile extender or hanging weight post-injection ??
Does cross-linked Dextran have an effect on loosening the stiff deep penile fascia ???

Thanks Jason you did a great job , now we are getting more information about this product Lipen-10, but the best thing is to contact these treating doctors and to see the pic. before and after (esp. after 1 year).

Too bad this is only offered in South Korea. I wonder if I can buy some Lipen-10, and then find a Dr. who will do the injection? Of course, I would find someone who has had experience in PMMA injection.
