Extender usage after PMMA: How long before I can resume? 12 years 9 months ago #1271705700

So I scheduled my PMMA with Dr. C and it\'s set to happen in less than a month from today. I\'m obviously very excited, but one of my main issues is that his surgery doesn\'t address length -- only Girth.
My length is probably the dimension of mine thats far below average (something like 3.0-4.0 or so BPFL, and somewhere between 5.2\" and 5.5\" BPEL after many years of exercise). However, I got the JES Extender a few months ago and have just started using it regularly in an attempt to get length before the Girth procedure. Oddly enough, now I am beginning to see some results (I haven\'t measured yet but it seems like I\'ve gotten somewhere between 0.2\" and 0.5\" in newbie/plateau-breaking length gains over the past week or two of almost daily use). My question is -- given that I seem to have just found what works for me in terms of gaining length and that I may have a bit of a way to go in length from extending, I\'d hate to be short of my optimal/maximal length before going into PMMA -- ESPECIALLY if I can\'t gain length any more after PMMA because I can\'t extend after surgery.
So my question is this -- how long after PMMA will I be able to start using my JES regularly again? What could go wrong and will I have to \'take it easy\' with my extension regimen forever after PMMA? Has anyone seen any gains from extension/stretching at all after PMMA (i.e., has anyone who has had PMMA, out of all the people who have done it here, gone back to stretching, Hanging or extenders and gotten any gains of note?) What does someone recommend in light of the fact that I may have quite a bit of length to gain from manual/natural exercises, more so than I can get in the month before PMMA?
Should I:1) Do PMMA and wait for it to heal to the point where I can restart extending and hope that my gains continue as they\'re going now?2) Postpone PMMA until I feel I\'ve hit a very very tough plateau to break in terms of length gains?
Any and all input welcome. Thanks!

I can\'t even wear mine with the oversized base now. My Girth is too big. I have always believed you should go after your length first if it\'s important to you. I used my ADS for thousands of hours, hung heavy weights for hundreds of hours, got my ligs cut, jelqed, etc.. and it took a long time but I got better than an Inch in length permanent gain. However, most girls will respond more to your increase in Girth so unless you want to postpone that until you reach your length gains, I would go ahead with the PMMA and get on with your sex life. Ultimately its your body and your decision. Figure out how important your length is to you and that will dictate your actions.

What if I get a special extender after PMMA? One that fits the oversized base? Or what if my Girth doesn\'t get so big after the first PMMA, and my extender still fits? Anyone have any feedback/experience in post-PMMA length gains (by any means -- surgical or non-surgical)?
I\'m going forward with the PMMA -- think that answers that question. But it\'d be nice to know if I can still gain length after (length would be a nice-to-have in my case and the more length I have, the more Girth I can have added on in subsequent PMMA procedures with my penis looking grossly out of proportion).

I haven\'t seen anything on here about post PMMA Hanging or lengthening exercises. I did speak with Dr C about it and he said once everything is healed you can do anything with it - just like normal tissue - but all I asked about was Jelqing for Erection health. I think your ADS and a conservative but heavy Hanging regimen, if you have the time as it takes a long time, will get your length gains. The lig cut will help your Flaccid length and IMO cement your PE gains. But again - it takes a long time!!!!

I used my extender right after taking my bandages off and I think it caused a hard area at the base and a lump on the underside of my penis.

@Hotboy

I am in the same boat as you with your length. I am also planning on a PMMA procedure next month with Dr. C. It would be great if there was someone that had decent EL gains post PMMA with manual PE/Hanging/stretching device.

ndbig1:
How long after your procedure did you end up taking your bandages off? The thing about the hard area at the base and the lump kinda scares me as I\'m experiencing good newbie gains (still) and improvements in FL and FG from using the extender to this very day. I don\'t want to lose the good momentum I\'m getting from non-surgical PE because I decided to jump the gun with this PMMA...

check my post. I use the jes extender for maintenance of length, and used post-op to spread material. I was injected from glans and base, but only mostly glans. I had minor swelling (compared to some). just fit over base in pic- had to kind of force it, but I actually assumed this would prevent bunching of material at base- something I did not want. I would not attribute any issues to it\'s use... actually I think it\'s an excellent tool to help with distribution. Don\'t know about post gains as I do not currently have a \'regimen\'. good luck.
