Is it really possible to remove
PMMA? Isn\'t it so widespread and miniscule that it would do more harm than good to try to remove it? If I have it right doesn\'t the
PMMA act as an agent to stimulate more Collagen growth thus bolstering or creating more elastin resulting in thicker, more bulbous skin? Isn\'t the percentage when it has finally settled in to a particular area of the body 80% new Collagen growth and 20%
PMMA?
It would appear to be very difficult to remove
PMMA. On those microscopic images on
Casavantes site the
PMMA specks are spread out. Dr. C calls it an implant but it is not a solid silicone implant like Elist\'s (which apparently is a very dangerous option). It obviously would be so much more difficult to remove the (apparent) tiny specks of
PMMA than it would be to remove the silicone implant.
I guess my point is that once you make the decision to get
PMMA it is almost impossible to extract the remaining
PMMA. If you have complications 5,10 or 15 years from now I don\'t know that you would be able to extract it. That is why I remain on the fence about the procedure. If I knew I could get it safely removed then I might jump to do it. I really want this to be the magic bullet for
Girth enhancement but I just don\'t know yet
Having said that I will never get that Elist implant. Too many nightmarish stories even if he can safely remove it. Even then there seems to be retraction problems. But God bless anyone who has it and is happy with it. I\'m sure some guys are better candidates than others and it works out for them. Sometimes body chemistry matters and the silicone implant could be a nice fit. Just not for me.
