Guys- several members have mentioned briefly about pumping with PMMA. Anyone with long term (year or more) results have any feedback? I have been afraid to pump after some comments regarding tightness and post pump shrinkage. It actually seems like it might be a bad idea. I was admittedly a long time pumper for pure aesthetic reasons, not performance. I\'m wondering if those \'days\' are now behind me post PMMA, or if things return to normal after 6 months to a year. Any opinions veterans?

Ive been a pumper for years now. Although I never really gained anything permanently I just do it cause I love it.

I gave it a rest for about 5 weeks post PMMA, but just started back again - as far as issues go, I have none to report other than I can\'t fit in my tube after about 30 minutes. I just take it easy on low pressure and it\'s all good.

Personally I would give it longer before you pump (I am talking about 6 months likely). This way you can be sure of your final result... if you try pumping and it alters things, you will know it is the pumping that has a negative (or positive) effect on your unit.

If you don\'t wait long enough you risk messing with the PMMA / collagen formation also the inner channels that the Dr. ran the cannula through could might not be fully healed... you don\'t want internal bleeding in those channels.

Personally I wished I waited 6 months before I pumped. My round 3 results are very very minimal and perhaps pumping could be part of the reason. I will never know for sure though, because I didn\'t give it enough time.

Andy- What do you consider low pressure? have you read Sizemic\'s post in another thread regarding a 2-3 day \'shrinkage\' issue following pumping? I will not pump for a minimum of 10 weeks post round 1. I will wait for further feedback from those that have tried... but honestly I don\'t think I really need to any more, other than the psychological satisfaction of that \'full\' feeling. Damn I miss that... I don\'t think any procedure will ever reproduce that. Not even PMMA. Jury is out on pumping post PMMA. Any one else have experience with this?

I\'m posting in this thread in hopes of \'reviving\' it for further input. \'andy\' implied he had no complications or problems pumping post PMMA. I\'m 12 weeks postop and have explained an extended shrinkage/shrivel effect that lasts several days, as has sizemic. Anyone else care to chime in? Regards

I have contemplated pumping to improve skin elasticity for a potential follow-up round but now have second-thoughts. Especially since a quality pump isn\'t cheap, I\'d hate to buy it and not be able to use it.
I\'ll be following this thread to see what others might have to say.
