 How well (how long, how big) does a pump work for glanular enhancement?
Do you have any recommendations for a particular pump?

 I have a full cylinder pump, but post PMMA may prove this to be unsafe. I read the thread about that german made contoured glans 'tube' attachment which seems alot safer/easier/effective then the straight up cylinders sold by ads. I think it's called penismaximizer? it's a thread on this site anyhow. plastic tube is ergonomic.

 Lol... sorry whitesnake... i'm really grown tired of that pump as well.. and have probably overused/abused it. Good luck finding any alternatives and please post if you discover some reasonable method. It appears 'they' are considering PMMA enhancement options, but otherwise I think it is limited to hyaluronic (sp?) acid injections which are apparently only temporary. Good luck.

 One would think that will all the advances in penis enlargement surgery and female to male surgery that there would be a better way of doing glanular enlargement surgery. I know there are injectable fillers, PMMA, and even enhancement by way of dermal fat graphs, but you would think there would be a newer better way. I have actually had glanular enlargement surgery with dermal graphs, but the tissue popped out of place and I have been left with a ball of loose tissue Hanging around. Even after I had the glanular enhancement the tissue was not big enough to make much of a difference. Anyone know of any other methods or information on a different kind of glanular enhancement? Hopefully I won't have to use a pump the rest of my life as the only working method of glanular enhancement.
