TOPIC: Glanular Enhancement Surgery

One would think that will all the advances in penis enlargement surgery and female to male surgery that there would be a better way of doing glanular enlargement surgery. I know there are injectable fillers, PMMA, and even enhancement by way of dermal fat graphs, but you would think there would be a newer better way. I have actually had glanular enlargement surgery with dermal graphs, but the tissue popped out of place and I have been left with a ball of loose tissue Hanging around. Even after I had the glanular enhancement the tissue was not big enough to make much of a difference. Anyone know of any other methods or information on a different kind of glanular enhancement? Hopefully I won\'t have to use a pump the rest of my life as the only working method of glanular enhancement.

Lol... sorry whitesnake... i\'m really grown tired of that pump as well.. and have probably overused/abused it. Good luck finding any alternatives and please post if you discover some reasonable method. It appears \'they\' are considering PMMA enhancement options, but otherwise I think it is limited to hyaluronic (sp?) acid injections which are apparently only temporary. Good luck.

How well (how long, how big) does a pump work for glanular enhancement?
Do you have any recommendations for a particular pump?

I have a full cylinder pump, but post PMMA may prove this to be unsafe. I read the thread about that german made contoured glans \'tube\' attachment which seems alot safer/easier/effective then the straight up cylinders sold by ads. I think it\'s called penismaximizer? it\'s a thread on this site anyhow. plastic tube is ergonomic.
