TOPIC: Cortisone injection on ligaments to enhance gains by hanging

I thought I had heard all there was to PE, but I was wrong. Someone at another board posted a long time ago (2008) that he had a surgeon inject cortisone into the \"undisturbed portion of his ligs.\"
\"He said I could still gain EL and the cortisone would help loosen things up and make it easier to gain.\" He didnt say much about his experience, though.
Anyone knows anything about this? I wonder if anyone could have this done to enhance gains by Hanging and stretching?

That does sound interesting, though, I know nothing about cortisone and its affect on ligament tissue. I\'d like to hear from someone who does know.

Somedoy todl me such injections weakens the ligament, but that it is dangerous because one could \'lose it\', but havent seen much about it. Everything carries risks. If there was an injection one could have to allow Hanging to have a greater effect it wouldnt eb a bad idea. I wonder if the botox on the dartos muscle will help.

Thats crazy! Cortisone if injected is fairly systemic so you are weakening all your bones and tendons too. Botox sounds more promising imo

I think it is very risky cortisone injection due to systemic effects that may occur, I do not see how to apply it directly to a ligament without professional help.
What purpose would that speed up the process of hanging?

My view is that the ligament does have this feature back to its original state, like all the connective tissues but knowing how to stretch it to the fullest is the point that we discover.
