PMMA--> The end-stage of collagen gain 14 years 8 months ago #1270944377

I received 1 cc of 30% at base so not a huge amount. No complications from that. Regarding Wade. I don\'t think Dr C meant it was the best results in terms of size (Wade was already 6 EG!) but it just gave him a much more aesthetic look after his Circumcision. Sticking to 10% and 5% for pure enhancement would be my recommendation for the younger (single) average size guy. If you are older with a settled life and not worried about the odd bump or complication and you want a big gun then one round of 10% followed by 20% followed by a touch up if necessary would be my call I would also wait a full 3 months in between. That\'s what I would do if had to do i over. That said I ain\'t complaining

Perfect- I believe I will enact your plan JBM. I had 21+cc of 10%, although I think the Doctor periodically called for 20%(for fill at base?). Not entirely sure, but I will request 20% for another round- now that I\'m hearing about this shrinkage issue. Only problem- the 3 month wait. the two month mark fits my schedule best, but I could possibly wait another 2 weeks after that, otherwise it won\'t be until March (4 1/2 months). Hmmm... can I wait...? I believe I have decided on the second procedure. I don\'t believe I am witnessing any of this collagen growth (12 days post). Not sure on that. For comparison, I had a similiar volume (within a couple cc\'s I believe) to M7, but am closer to .5 gain at them moment. He had 20%, I had 10. My aesthetic is good, but feels a little softer than I had hoped when Flaccid.

In previous posts, we were told that the 10% will give the same Girth as a 20% but now we are finding that not to be true, Yes? I think we are all still learning about this PMMA thing!

20% will most certainly yield more. 10% is good for aesthetic touch ups and building a \"foundation\" for 20%.

Does Dr. C have access to 30%? and is he willing to use it? May be I go to Brazil to check out the 30% PMMA and their beautiful women

He does... or at least he did. If I were single... I\'d already be there. I had my peyronie\'s correction done in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The women are off the charts! Scha

In previous posts, we were told that the 10% will give the same Girth as a 20% but now we are finding that not to be true, Yes? I think we are all still learning about this PMMA thing!
---The thing is maybe it IS true, kind of. I think some guys are gonna respond to PMMA differently - it\'s not uniform. I started with 10% and I am getting crazy collagen growth just shy of week three -- it\'s easy to *measure* and *feel* at the base, but easly to *see* all jacked up below the cicumcision line. I started small 4.5-4.7\" EG but only 5\" EL (ok maybe 5 1/8 on a long day) and this thing has balooned. I can \"see\" what Dr C means about a more \"reliable\" result with 10% because not everything is \"pefect\". If the imperfections were say TWICE as much as they are now, I might be freaking out, but as things stand I am thinking this is very cool. I from the school that 5.5-5.7\" is a big Cock, stats show that, so I don\'t care about this PMMA arms race I will never win, and that\'s only 1\" from where I started. It\'s just that my starting Cock seemed so small because of length/Girth --- when you pump it up 0.5+ as it is the VOLUME has increased big time. It took my wife a few days to adjust she said \"it really hurt\", though now has adjusted and ready for a little more! I mean going from a small unit to one that hurts your wife. ..it is like I get another life in this one. The first week she said \"I dreamed you had a MONSTER penis and we had sex twice and you wou;dn\'t give it to me when I wanted the third time.\" Remember this after 10%. I am not sure about all this \"losing after 6 months\" I mean where is this collagen build going??? I am back to Dr C in December and hope to pump up this thing to the high end of goals and hope not to come back. Maybe better off getting some in my bicep then round 3 lol!

Smartman, I don\'t know if it was me you were referring to, but I did in fact lose some Girth (or appeared to lose some Girth) after procedure 2. My explanation for what happened is that I was still swollen at the 6 weeks mark after procedure 1 so the measurement I had at that time was a false measurement. Psychologically, it was a a bit taxing to say the least. I was at 5.25\'\' after procedure 1. A whole 1\'\' gain! I was hoping to get to 5.75-6\'\' after procedure 2. Instead I was at 5.5\'\' immediately after....then 5.25\'\' (same as after procedure 1), and then recently down to 5.125\'\'. However, with all this I must say I am still quite happy to have gone from 4.25\'\' EG to 5.125\'\' EG. It\'s a huge difference both in look and feel. I hope to reach 5.75\'\' with procedure 3 and if by some miraculous way I am able to reach 6\'\' I will be ecstatic.

@ Rondo I know the waiting sucks I am not pretending I am good at it! I went after six weeks too! Had I waited I think Dr C would have given me more cc\'s and possibly used 20% in that round. I turned up really happy because round one had been such a success and my gains were great about so Dr C naturally had no need to really change the plan so we stuck to 10% and I had only 16cc instead of the previous 20cc. Had I been patient I would have arrived with a more realistic final result and possible received more cc\'s and 20%. When I arrived for Round three (which might not had been necessary had I received the right amount of cc\'s and 20% in round two) we knew what was what and I actually ended up with more cc\'s than round 1! and 20%. @ Mustang I certainly thought so too at the time although I am by no means disappointed as the two rounds of 10% got me to 6.25 average. I have now had my 20% treatment so will be able to compare much better in a few weeks time.

Too all of you guys thinking waiting six plus weeks is hard, i decided i wanted to get my first round last summer but due to work abroad I wont br able to squeeze my appointment in until this summer. Its like twelve months of torture watching all these new threads with everyones brand new shiny thick cocks.

I can only survive as its giving me some extra time to gain some length through manual PE and observe all the findings you guys are having. Maybe by then we\'ll have found the perfect order of concentrations for maximum growth and appearance conclusively.

revistaepoca.globo.com/Revista/Epoca/0,,...+MUITO+PERIGOSO.html The talk about PMMA in Brazil reminded me of this article I had seen a while ago and was actually talked about somewhere on the forum a few months back. I found it on Google Brazil (using keywords 'PMMA', 'Penis' and 'Complicaceos', Portugese for complications) and ran it through the Portugese translator. The article detailed complications with PMMA use in the penis and why it's not recommended. There were a few more articles that echoed the same sentiment (although they pointed out it's legal and almost common.) Now, this article doesn't necessarily scare me away from PMMA with Dr. Casavantes for a few reasons. 1) it was written a couple of years ago and it doesn't mention the doctors or their level of experience, and from our collective research we know that success with PMMA is very injector-dependent. 2) It doesn't state the brand of PMMA used; who knows if the people with complications were injected with metacril or compounded PMMA, which is basically brewed without regulation or oversight and is now illegal to manufacture? (although some other articles mentioned Metacril, but they could just be using that name as a catch-all for all PMMA, like we used to say Xerox for photocopies.) And 3) It doesn't state the concentration. But what I did see in some other articles, and what members have mentioned here, is that 30% seems to be very common in penile bioplasty over there . So I think that it wouldn't be too much of a jump to conclude that a lot of these problems the article refers to involved the 30% concentration. While we know from Smartman that 30% is by no means a direct path to complications, it's definitely something to think about as more members seem to be curious about using it. Also, if anyone does go to Brazil, make sure the doctor\'s rep is top-notch.

Articles that cite complications also have a bad habit of failing to mention the type of cannulas used (pointy vs blunt), which can also be an important factor in the success of a bioplasty procedure.

Really interesting article.

I wonder if it would be worthwhile to contact Dr. Carlos Ara'jo to hear his reactions to what our research has found - namely that a relatively secure outcome is possible with lower concentration, micro-cannulas, and a skilled hand? I think it\'s useful to engage with opponents of the procedure too.

But....does anyone speak Portuguese?
