is this the future of Penis Enlargement Surgery?

Check this:

Saphenous vein graft surgery involves removing a section of your saphenous vein and grafting it onto the tunica albuginea to enlarge its capacity. The saphenous vein, which runs down the inside of the thigh, is easy to access and sections of this vein have been used as the conduit of choice for heart bypass surgery for decades. The tunica albuginea is the thin but very tough elastic tissue that encases the corpus cavernosa. If the penis were a blood vessel, the tunica albuginea would be its wall. More than any other component, it is the capacity of the tunica albuginea that determines your dick\'s size. The skin will stretch larger and the corpus cavernosa will grow to fill the space. Expand the tunica and you expand the dick. At least that\'s the theory. The saphenous vein makes an ideal donor material for tunica grafts because the tissues are very similar in structure and thickness. Because it\'s so thin, the graft quickly establishes a blood supply from the underlying lumen of the ... more www.experts123.com/q/what-is-saphenous-vein-graft-surgery.html

So, its a matter of time before someone improves the procedure? Time will tell. But I will not become the guinea pig for that!

The major problem with this procedure was ED and infections. The Dr. was shot but did not die. This procedure has not been performed since then. Sounds good on paper but it was too invasive and complicated..

After 15 years of research into peyronie\'s, I\'ve read more medical publications than I care to remember. Dr. Austoni was successful in many cases and I had considered this procedure to correct my curvature and gain size simultaneously. Unfortunately, the late doctor did not possess sufficient experience in dealing with the neurovascular bundle which did lead to de novo ed in some patients. Good memory smartman.

I have info on Dr. Austoni and his procedure. Long term results were not good. I also read that one of his patients shot him.

Don\'t quote me on this but I thought I read somewhere that one of the patients hunted down and killed the doctor in Egypt who performed the procedure on him?

This method resulted in a horrendous outcome for some patients. It is extremely invasive and as mentioned previously, resulted in erectile dysfunction or complete loss of sensation. No thank you.

By increasing the capacity of the tunica albuginea, you do indeed increase the volume to which the spongy corpus tissue can expand to. The problem (besides nerve damage) is that the penis is NOT and island. It is a peninsula. The arteries that feed it were not designed to feed a larger size. Attempts to route additional blood-flow have also proved fruitless. The \"holy grail/magic bullet\" of PE is just around the corner for sure... but this is NOT it. At 39yo, I couldn\'t wait any longer. If I were in my twenties to early thirties... I would definitely wait it out and wouldn\'t consider any form of Phalloplasty (including PMMA). Generation X is going to have it made. As for my old a$$... PMMA has been good to me so far. Still cross my fingers and say prayers that it stay that way. I\'d leave grafting and Alloderm/Belladerm alone. Too risky IMHO. Take it or leave it.
