Suggestion- two thin rigid sleeves/rings of slightly different diameters. The smaller is to be placed inside the Foreskin and the larger outside prior to surgery. These rings will tightly sandwich the Foreskin and prevent migration of the PMMA material into it.
PMMA can't leak into the Foreskin.
Unlike fat grafts, PMMA sits in a deeper layer and does not move further than the glans. The swollen Forekin you might have seen on pictures is lymphatic fluid accumulating in the Foreskin. This will disappear after some time.Best thing to do is write dr Casavantes. They will describe you in detail why it is not possible for PMMA to leak in the Foreskin.
Thanks, that\'s great to know! I was worried after reading this post from Sizemic:http://PhalloBoards.websitetoolbox.com/post/show_single_post?pid=1270306664&postcount=235
Are there pics of post PMMA uncircumsized penises after the lymphatic fluid has gone?Maybe I could still use the rings idea just to prevent lymph buildup instead.
