TOPIC: Another PMMA girth option abroad (Panama)

Found another Girth enhancement option with PMMA abroad! Its in Panama, Panama, where I am based now! I just exchanged an email with the doctor and he said he indeed does the \'male genital bioplasty\' with PMMA for the same amount charged by Dr. C in Tijuana. I am going to call tomorrow and make an appointment to check it out! What do you suggest I should ask?

I can think of several questions, like:

1. PMMA concentration used.
2. How much he puts in.
3. Indications and contraindications.
4. Whether he has done it before.

Anything else?

Well, I finally had the appointment with Dr. Spadafora. Here is a summary:

1. He uses a PMMA brand called New Plastic.
2. He uses a 30% concentration for the PMMA for any muscle, including for the penis.
3. He injects no more than 10 cc (or whatever measure is they are using, i thing he said mililiters).
4. He charges between 1500-1700.
5. He couldnt show more than one \'after\' picture of a penis he worked on. Since I didnt see the before picture; i cannot comment on it.
6. He hasnt organized his sets of pictures yet. he had many pictures to show on many faces and a few bodyparts he has treated, but these were not yet organized by type of area treated.
7. I think he was trained in Brazil.

He didnt charge me for the consultation, seems a nice guy.
By the way, i found it strange but he didnt check my penis at all during the appointment. I thought he would have needed to do that before telling me he could perform the PMMA enhancement and how much he would put in, but he didnt.


I am keeping my other comments for myself, for the time being. I havent decided if I would like to try this option or not yet. I will do more research on this and then decide.

Complications in Bioplasty Note The following information has been taken from the summary and the conclusion of Chapter 27: ' Complica''es em Bioplastia' of the book 'A Pl'stica Interativa', whose author is Doctor Almir Moojen-N'cul, the Creator of the Bioplasty Technique. Summary A longitudinal retrospective study done by Cl'nica N'cul with the purpose of establishing the frequency of complications in Bioplasty and the factors that can cause difficulties during the treatment, gave the following results: A group of 3390 patients underwent Bioplasty. In a lapse of 6 to 59 months, after the Bioplasty, 0,76% of the group of studied patients developped nodules, one patient had granuloma (0.02%) and one patient had transitory heperemia (0.02%) in one of the places of implantation. No necrosis or infection were reported. Factors as the injection of great amounts of biomaterial, tabaquism or age do not constitute factors of risk for complications in Bioplasty. The results of the study suggest that this technique is safe and effective. Its authors conclude that complications after a Bioplasty are rare, and when they occurr, they are due to technical errors. Conclusion A Bioplasty is a medical procedure and as such it is open to complications. The incidence of complications reported in this study is considered low. That gives me a good question to ask: can he show before/after pics of patients he has done?

Interesting that they\'ve got a picture of PMMA injected into what looks like the labia majora to for that \"cameltoe\" look, but no pictures or mention of penis enhancement from my quick scan, maybe I missed it. Looks promising, very interested to know what brand of PMMA they use.

Good find Mexmuscle! Please share your findings as I\'m sure many would appreciate! Post operative protocol, Circumcision ring, PMMA brand-name used, average gains, complication rates... I\'m busy at home with my kids but I\'m confident others will chime in!

What is the Doctor\'s name?

Well, evidently this is not a good option for us. The manufacturer of New Plastic states that the 30% option should NOT be used in any part of the body which doesnt have a bone beneath it, and he says he uses 30%.
And it looks like he doesnt have much experience doing it.
