Your stats are identical to mine after my first round of
PMMA injections, and I can tell you that they aren\'t bad.
Obtaining length is hit or miss, and no where nearly as established as
Girth is. As of now, the only way to obtain length surgically is to sever the suspensory ligaments hold the penis and to follow it up with a dedicated long-term stretching program. This method has not shown to provide consistent and satisfactory results for
Erect length gains (it is possible, simply not guaranteed).
Another option, which is equally controversial, is a committed manual PE program where you use traction and other methods to gain length. More info regarding this can be found on this site as well as places like Thundersplace.com. I should note, however, that pursuing this route for length must be done cautiously and conservatively since not everyone\'s penis can handle the same stresses. This method, like surgery, is hit or miss and
Erect length gains cannot be a sure thing.
As for
Girth, both manual PE and surgery are options. As for surgical methods, the most well known ones include
PMMA,
FFT, Scaffolding, DFG (Dermal Fat Grafts), Alloderm,
Belladerm, and silicone implant.
You can conceivably obtain 1\"-1.5\" in
Erect Girth by phalloplastic-means, but length is a much more evasive goal.
Your best bet is to check out this forum (as well as the old one found at
Phalloplasty.proboards.com) and determine whether or not the risks associated with
Phalloplasty are something you are willing to accept for the sake of PE.
Good luck!
