PMMA procedures to date and tried some manual stretching back in the day before I had any
PMMA and remember making very minor gains that went away after a while.
If there are people who have been doing manual PE after getting
PMMA, please share. I\'ve been reading about manual PE and have mixed feelings about it.
Hanging sounds too dangerous to me so I doubt I\'ll ever try that. I do want to give stretching via an ADS a try. I really hope it is possible to gain length via manual PE. There is much anecdotal evidence to suggest that indeed it is possible. I\'m currently at 5.5\'\' NBPEL, so a 0.5\'\'-1\'\' length gain would be awesome!
