TOPIC: Elist Testicular Implants

Hi Nevada I always check to see if anyone has replied to briceb\'s thread. Your input would be great. I am seriously considering getting the testicle implants. Dr. Elist quoted me between $8500 to $10500 depending on the size implant chosen. I am not too worried about the feel, rather the healing process and discomfort? Any information would be great! Dr. Elist gave me testicular implants three years ago. I\'d be glad to comment on that experience here if anyone is interested. (The quick summary is that I am happy with the results.) The subject of testicular enhancement without penile enhancement does not seem to have a lot of interest though, here at PhalloBoards. I posted many comments on my experience at MyNewSize about three years ago. A number of other men participated in that conversation. None of it is present in MyNewSize now. The men in that site were interested primarily in penile enhancement; there were only a few of us talking about testicular enhancement alone. The one comment here at PhalloBoards on this subject is about two months old. No one has responded until now. Comments or questions?

Raising your testosterone naturally typically results in larger testicles. As you age, your body produces less and less T causing a shrinkage of your package. Raising your T will increase your size and you\'ll be \"swinging\" again when you walk. I\'m 38 and my natural T levels are in the low 700\'s and rising. Diet, exercise and rest will also play an important role in the production of T. From what I\'ve heard from women, they don\'t care. I care. And I love my gonads. I like to keep them healthy. Also, don\'t wear restrictive underwear. I go about everyday \"commando\" as too much heat causes decreased sperm count and lower T. I still have the libido of an 18 year old to boot.

I like my Balls personally () but I wouldn\'t say they are big or small...just \"right\" I suppose. I\'m starting to wonder what my T-levels are like... and if in the process of self-improvement (working out, nutrition, etc), if my increase in T-levels will yield a heftier set of twins... hmm..? Interesting stuff M7!

Out of curiosity - would this imply that those born with smaller testes/scrotum have less overall T? Or am I reading into it wrong?

The implants I had installed were the large ones and the \'new\' generation. They are made similar to the older ones but supposedly have a \'softer\' consistency.. And yes, they are hard.

You mentioned something that is very telling of Dr. Elist and his staff.. When you ask questions and you can\'t get an answer, that is a HUGE warning sign. Many of us who went to him ignored that. Don\'t make the same mistake. He won\'t answer anything that puts a negative light on his procedures. He responds to questions like that with nonsense as you can already see.

My opinion to that you should not get these nuts or the penile implant. You\'ll be unhappy with the end results..

If you want to go forward you MUST feel them in another patient to see if they are what you want. And make sure that patient has had them for awhile.

Just my input. But it is from experience and from speaking with MANY other patients. If I had known then what I know today I never what have gone through with these procedures...

I asked Dr. C about PMMA in the scrotum which he felt was not possible as there is nothing to contain it. I\'m still suprised someone has not developed an implant more akin to a breast implant, as as testi and breast are somewhat similiar in \'texture\'- yeah, testi is firmer, but not hard like a racquet ball, which I\'ve heard is what Elist\'s implant feels like. Let\'s also remember that Dr. Casavantes is not a \'cutter\' (surgeon), rather a Dermatologist. Perhaps he could partner with that other Dr.C (forgot his name) to develop a cheaperbetter alternative to the Elist implant. I actually discussed this at length with Wade while he and the good Dr. were \'shootin me up\'. I envisioned a fillable sac that could be sewn to the testicular wall (vaginaticulus or something) and then filled with PMMA. That way, the PMMA would be captive, but would maintain a more dynamic/natural feel. I could swear I had seen something like this somewhere in the past when I began searching for testicular enhancement. I have experienced Atrophy and would like to enhance my \'basket\'... but don\'t want to have some freaky looking Balls (no offense to anyone who has the Elist implant). DOG- what size implant did you get? Is it the \'new\' generation of material that is allegedly softer? I\'ve heard it\'s still hard. I\'ll admit I\'m still considering regardless. My testicles are approx. 2\" long by about 1\". Probably about average, but I\'d prefer bigger. My T levels are 500. Normal for my age. I\'d prefer normal-high. I\'m workin on that... anyone find out about that \'inflatable bag\' thing let me know... OH, I have called and e-mailed Dr. Elist\'s office repeatedly requesting that they provide the approximate VOLUME of each individual sized implant. That would be as simple as dropping one in a container of water and measuring the volumetric change (4th grade science anyone). I\'ve been asking for months.They keep blowing me off. The \'receptionist\' said he didn\'t have time such a complicated procedure?!?? Seriously!? I certainly hope a surgeon has a beaker somewhere within arms reach in OR, into which he could throw an implant and do some basic arithmatic. Frustrating.... as is the cost. 10k?!?! FU! Quick question for those that have had the testicular enhancement: Once fully healed, are you able to go about day to day activities without any pain or discomfort? Including playing sports for example? Is it advised to take caution when playing contact sports or can they take a good \'knock\'? This is once you are fully healed. Say 6months post op..

I do not think PMMA will work in the sac area, nothing to hold it around the testes and of course one can never inject PMMA inside the Balls...

That is, as we age, our testes, whatever size they are, might shrink because we produce lower testosterone... so inducing higher testosterone production naturally will make them a bit bigger, at least will prevent shrinking. In a related matter, I wonder if we could just fill our sacs with PMMA to make our Balls bigger?
