TOPIC: PMMA injection for Glans enhancement can be done

So I think it makes sense to me now, the reason of not doing it is the aesthetic look, as I read with Hyaluronic Acid it makes the Glans more rounded , but PMMA can give a flowered look.
So it looks like he did try it but he didn\'t like the result, I might be wrong

By \"flowered\" does he mean that it will result in sort of a rippled, uneven effect?

It seems that at present the best politics is to wait a while. Smartman is currently investigating a possibility in Germany where PMMA can be injected into the glans. There is also the possibility the Platelet Rich Plasma reinjected into the glans could bring lasting enhancement, it has worked already for several months for one of our eminent forum members who had this procedure done in Alabama by Dr Runels.
Dr Lemperle has also mentioned that PMMA in certain diameter beads and injected in certain ways might work for potentially permanent glans enhancement, the only thing needed at this time for this option to move forward would be dogs or pigs to experiment on. So if some of us volunteered as guinea pigs (just kidding around here, guys) then it could be done rapidly. Dr C will only go forward in the face of more conclusive evidence. FWIW

I met Professor Dr. Sava Perovic before he passed away last year after battling cancer for some time. He was one of my choices for my peyronie\'s corrective surgery. He was one of the best in the world. Bar none. Augmenting the glans is going to prove \"tricky\" to say the least. I would advise the use of HA over other current modalities as it appears to be \"safe\" for the most part. Use of Alloderm' or any other material that requires incising of the glans is a bad move as the chance of de novo ED is high. Been to the best in the world... just passing it along.

Yes, some doctors use alloderm, Belladerm or skin grafts. Basically an incision is made where the glans meets the shaft, a pocket is formed and filled with the given material. From what I have read, this procedure offers up to 15-20% increase in the flare of the ridge. So if you measured around at say 5\" they are saying you could experience an outcome of around 5.75\".

There isn\'t any known permanent, safe, and effective glans enhancement by surgical/medical means.
The hope is such study, method, and practice is uncovered one day on these forums. Which is why I\'m so grateful to the many members who contribute here every day

But then later on he appears to make specific reference to some sort of established glans enhancement practice:

Dr Perovic explains: 'It has only temporary and short-term effect and cannot convert into sponge-like glans tissue.'

Those photos show some nasty outcome. Dr C told me he didn\'t think there was future in Glans enhancement with PMMA and he\'s a regular friend of Professor Lemperle who talks with him all the time. Also I spoke about this technique which had much success when meeting with Dr Abecassis in Paris and he told me that the scientific studies about the success of such procedures in Korea were to a great part due to a slightly different structure of the glans when patients have Korean genetics predisposing them to greater success to this treatment than other races... I\'m interested but would need documented evidence of at least a measure of aesthetically pleasing results as this is supposed to be a cosmetic procedure.

well given the option of keeping my current glans or getting a slightly larger one with that outcome, i will keep what i already have!
