As I stated previously, don\'t bother. I\'m trying to save you guys time, trouble and money. I caught this group in an outright lie. You are correct in that:
1. They are very vague about results.
2. They are rude.
3. They lied to me.
*When I caught them in the lie, they backslid and even went so far as to change their website.

Ligamentolysis generally does not do much if anything for Erect length. When combined with post operative stretching, some length gains may be seen. Typically, they are minimal .5 - 1 Inch. You need to weigh the pro\'s and con\'s before undergoing said procedure and determine for yourself whether you are willing to spend the time required to stretch (6 months or longer). Most women don\'t give a $hit about length. They care more about Girth. Internally, a woman can\'t really detect an insignificant increase in Erect length anyway. It is FRICTION on the vaginal walls and on the clitoris that women really enjoy and climax from; not being stabbed by a long \"pointy-thing\". IMHO

Thanks for posting that KFH. I\'d heard how rude they were, so it was interesting to actually get to see evidence of it. Their website is full of nonsense and I\'m sure it said they don\'t do reconstructive work, so don\'t see how they\'ve been fixing \"back street jobs.\"

Thank\'s for elaborating miracle7, though you may know what it\'s like, sometimes you really want to believe them, no matter how rude they are. I\'ve given up on them now though, I\'ll look elsewhere.

I have pretty decent Girth (5.5 EG mid-base) and I believe I have satisfied every woman I\'ve slept with (as far as they\'ll let on!). I\'m 6.2 EL and that\'s my main concern, it\'s purely to do with me making me feel better about what I\'m packing. An increase of 1-1.5 inches would be perfect for me, especially accompanied with my current EG, I\'m starting to consider Girth enhancement now though, to maybe 6 EG!

When you mention commitment to stretching post op, are we talking 30 minutes a day every day for 6 months?

@KFH You\'re welcome man! You\'ve got above average Girth! Something to be proud of. The required stretching is a brutal regimen. I would contact Soma as he is very experienced on the subject and has gained .75\" in Erect length. He\'s also a very nice guy. I\'m a good bit older but am happy with my Erect length and looking to add to my Girth. If I were you, I would go for the Girth and enjoy what I had for as long as possible or until future advancements in Phalloplasty allowed to safely augment the length of the copora cavernosum. At present, Ligamentolysis is the only option and in my opinion, not worth it. To you, it may be. Best of luck in your decision.

I know these guys personally and recommend staying away from them. They are deceitful and are not on the \"cutting edge\" of anything; except for taking a patient\'s money. It\'s simply elaborate dialogue for conventional Ligamentolysis. Also, no matter where you go in the world, FFT is FFT. Scott, a representative of UGRS also refuses to answer common questions regarding the procedures offered by the clinic.

Okay besides them being rude and then actually showing some pictures, does anybody know of anybody actually doing the procedure with them. It seems like they are not too big on answering e-mails. KFH how exactly was your consultation with them? You don\'t remember what specific questions you asked?
Anyways looking at their before and after pictures, I must say they look better than the other sites I see and most sites only show one or two pictures as well. I was e-mailing with Dr. Rosenthal and I asked for Erect lengths pictures and he basically showed me soma\'s pictures after I seen his pictures are on this board.
That price is hefty but I wouldn\'t mind paying it if they gave the best opportunity for stretching based on how they change the angle and make it straighter. I haven\'t seen any websites stating they do this.. they just say state they cut the ligament.
Well I hope we come across somebody who actually has done the surgery with them instead of feedback on consultation. Who knows maybe I will be the first, but I\'m still asking around. I\'m actually going to e-mail Dr. Alter and show him what they say on this site and see what he replies.

Dr. Gary Alter is an excellent surgeon and quite honest. I would definitely consult with him before scheduling a procedure with UGRS. Ligamentolysis, or severing of the superficial and/or sometimes other ligaments (suspensory/fundiform) of the penis is a routine procedure for most Phalloplasty surgeons. There is NO magical doctor, spacer nor stretching method that is greatly superior than the other. Hoddle10 has also spoke on this subject before.

To change the angle, all they will do is use some suture to tack the skin to the base of the penis. I had it done in Serbia and it lasted less than 2 years before the skin came loose again. These guys really don\'t have any secrets or special tecnhniques that the rest of the worlds urological community aren\'t aware of.

I\'d already had lengtheing prior to Serbia, but didn\'t gain any Erect length. When I went to Serbia they tacked some skin to the shaft to create a better angle, but it soon came loose. Sava Perovic used to have an association with URGS and they used to say the PLGA scaffolds were the best method. But Vladimir (from Miro Djordevic\'s team) told myself and Mikehok that it was too expensive to do in Germany as the costs for the lab were far higher than in Belgrade. Hence they now only do FFT. Also for a long time on the URGS website they claimed Macrolane was just as good as FFT, which is simply not true.

Just had a penis enlargement with UGRS 1 year ago and I had very good results..I want to further increase my Girth and was wondering if any of you had done this and if their treatment guarantee would cover this..The results which I have are exactly what I was told to expect so I am not sure if they would cover, however as this is subjective do you think I would have any leverage with them to get it for free?

I have bad news, was not good idea. I have a normal penis and I dont won any result, ANY ,,,, and 7000' less.

BECAREFUL WITH THIS OPERATION!!! Not GOOD!!

Only for extreme problemes, small pennis or other problem, you can try it. BUT not enlargement, too much expensive for any result.
