TOPIC: Glan Enhancement

While trying to achieve my desired length before i get the PMMA procedure.. I realized after looking at other before photos is that my glans are pretty small. a lot of you guys have quite large glans even tho your penis is skinny or short. Do you think injecting PMMA into glans? I attached a photo so you can see what im talking about.

We talked about this for a while in the old PhalloBoards forum and if memory serves we came to the conclusion that our brightest hope would be that Dr Lemperle would advance his research on PMMA in the glans, with specially designed larger particles so that it would remain trapped there. Otherwise there was an issue with the use of Macrolane which one place offered to do in London until they stopped suddenly. Finally the usual method is to inject Hyaluronic Acid which is said to produce limited but noticeable results (better in Koreans with a genetically different shaped glans) lasting ten to twelve months before needing a refill.
I just bought a Mushroom Head vacuum pump designed to pump the glans instead of the shaft. It might help, but we also know that the glans isn\'t as easy to increase in size as long muscles for example.

Thanks justabitmore.. thats good to hear. I never got complaints its just that I wish it looked more to the norm.

Best way to pump the glans is to wrap the shaft with silicone wrapping or with elasticband material from beneath the corona of the head to the base of the penis leaving the head exposed and unwrapped. Put the wrapped penis into a thick cylinder much thicker than you normally use and then pump with light pressure if you are using steady pressure or if you have an electric pump set it on alternating pressure for 3 seconds high and low intervals. Watch your head expand to amazing proportions. Hope this helps
