 Just had a round of red light therapy at Dr. C last week after my third round. It for a fact reduced the swelling. I don't know about other things it is supposed to do but it did reduce the swelling.

 I own full body red light system.. I got it to help speed recover from workouts, energize mitochondria, and anti-aging (face). Invested over $5K in the system.. the studies on Pub Med demonstrate that red light therapy (of certain wave lengths) can promote collagen production. Would do your own research.. so you can be very education when it come to ALL the cheap $50-300 USD smaller Red Light units for sale. Also, would recommend you learn about the other health benefits beyond just collagen production.
