TOPIC: Best hanger for post-ligament cut?

The doctor who performed my cut, Dr. Solomon, recommends the autoextender. Have any of you used any other system? Would you recommend Hanging or ADS system?

i would say ads so you don't tear something more and so there's no retraction.

How is the scar? I want a lig cut, trying to find doctor with smallest scar.

I agree with your ADS assessment. Dr. Solomon says 6 months minimum with the Autoxsleeve. But its definitely not the same type of ADS as a Phallosan Forte or ESL40, is it? I wonder. With the Autoxsleeve at least you know objectively how much pressure you\'re exerting, unlike most other ADS.

He also doesn\'t talk about post 6 months regimen, didn\'t seem interested in discussing manual PE techniques (odd, for someone who does length and girth surgery for a living - they go hand and hand and aren\'t competitors for growing your member...)

Regarding the scarring:

You know my opinion already, I got the AutoXleeve and I\'m happy. Getting the require 6 hours daily is impossible every day, but I get 3-5 in on a regular day n 6-8 in days off work. I average about 25 hours a week. If you wear baggy sweat pants you can wearing grocery shopping, while cleaning your car, etc.

I wouldn\'t hang anything heavier than 2-3 points for at least the 6-12 months.

Well first off I'd say go with the LG Hanger. Extenders don't seem to get much length for ya anyways. Letting weight and gravity do it's thing looks to be more logical IMO. As for the ligament cut, don't they have procedures where they go through the scrotum instead of the fat pad leaving that ugly V shaped scar?? That would be an better alternative even though many have said that the ligament cut really doesn't provide any Erect length anyways.

I doubt they use that V cut much nowadays.

Mine was done in Korea and it\'s just a small straight cut. The scar is still visible of course but with time and care it will fade.

I\'ve used autoextender products for years. I honestly have never had a single issue with it. However, I\'ve only used all their Vachanging products and sleeves. I could not justify paying more for a similar device since their products are moderately priced and meet all my needs and have never failed. My doctor did not suggest an ADS but actual weight Hanging (Dr. Rosenthal). I made substantial gains from this.

where was the cut. Now I'm seeing it be done through the ball sack instead now. Much better approach if you asked me.
