TOPIC: Best way to massage after injectable procedure

Hi guys,
Is there good guide or some advice for the best massage/moulding after injectable treatment (HA Voluma here, but could be others), or does anyone has some trix that has worked for them?

I can see some things posted here and there, but not a thread with all the good ways!

When I received my PMMA procedure, the nurse demonstrated how to manipulate the filler. There were two methods. One was to roll the thumb over the penis from base to head in progressive movements. the second was to use the supplied plastic roller and do the same. The roller was maybe 1.5\" long and 1/8\" in diameter.

For me the best general method is one hand, open palm on each side, and then rolling the penis between them while moving up and down the shaft. You can do this while also stretching the penis a bit by moving your hands away from the base a bit while rolling and applying pressure. Obviously, if you have a lump in one area, you can use your thumb to spread it out, but in general the \"palm rolling\" technique really distributes the filler evenly through the shaft.

The method I used were circular motions with both thumbs over the shaft, especially near entry points (to help squeeze out excess and prevent Nodule formation).
