TOPIC: Androfill (UK) Premium HA vs Voluma HA

Hello everyone,
After thinking about it for a long time, I\'ve decided to bite the bullet and go for Androfill in Manchester.

They offer two products that are quite different in price Premium HA and Voluma HA. For 10ml it is '1950 (Premium) vs '2650 (Voluma).

Is Premium just a generic product or a real brand and is it worth the price difference? I\'m just thinking that I\'m planning to maybe top up at some point and at that point the difference in price becomes about '1000 different at the final I want to aim for (15ml).Obviously my penis is very important to me, so I don\'t want to scrimp unnecessarily but if the two products aren\'t different are made up of the same thing, then I would go for the cheaper one. Premium I believe is a Hyalogic product both are cross linked but have different amounts of high molecular weight HA molecules.

The premium filler we have been using for 1 year now (roughly 300 patients treated with it) is Pluryal Volume from the Luxembourg firm linked below.

Patients who have had both Juvederm Voluma and Pluryal / Premium do not report back any substantial difference between the two.

Anecdotal evidence suggests there is a little more swelling with Pluryal, and possibly it is slightly harder to mould. It is not certain that it will last as long as Juvederm Voluma.

It is significantly less expensive to purchase vs Juvederm, hence the lower price to the patient.
