Well he was due to face court for a 5 Billion Euro tax fraud investigation, after already paying up 170 Million. I had not even considered this. But it could be like the 30 yr old who died of fat embolism in 2016 ( I blogged about it on my website). That wold then be 2 cases and make combining suspensory ligament division and fat transfer a very risky procedure.
