Though I think Jayyyyyy could have better worded his argument to be less antagonistic, I do agree with him on certain points. I also do agree with other users too.

As someone who has recently joined the site. I have read over a lot of the older topics. One thing I\'ve noticed is that the amount of CC\'s have gone down as the price has gone up. Some people would argue this is due to the doctors perfecting the procedure, however, some of the older patients have had great results.

I also agree with others that Dr. C is one of the best in his field. People go to him because they know they will get good results.

Personally, I think there are handful of doctors who do this procedure but we all lean towards what has been tested and proven. I would love for others to go venture out but that\'s asking lot when it\'s not your Dick. We can only vote with our dollar at this point.

$11,000 for a permanent cosmetic procedure is not a lot of money. Most of the guys who get the procedure done (99% I am guessing) don\'t live in Mexico so they are not paying $30,000. They are paying $3,500 a session. I understand that some guys don\'t have $3,500, but it doesn\'t mean that what is $3,500 is not worth it. Full disclosure: I am the fluffer at AD.

His clientele are not Mexicans - who would be paying the $30,000 in their currency to get it done (if that is even accurate) and giving it to Dr. C. By the way - he does not live in Mexico - so the $30,000 is beside the point - he lives in the US, where $30,000 in Mexico is $10,500 USD. But to be honest, I had 5 sessions 2-3 years ago when it was much cheaper - and I am done with the process and it came out great - so I don\'t really care what he charges now.

1. He doesn\'t charge as much as if he were in the US. It comes out to >$400 per ML.
If you go to Dr. Rowe in NYC, he charges $1500. My guy in LA charges $900-1000 depending on the product.

FDA approved dermal fillers carry a certain base price regardless of where you have them done. This guy in Mexico is literally charging you 1/2 to 1/3 as much as the guys in the US or Western Europe.

If you really can\'t afford that, you might as well go on Alibaba and order the fake Chinese fillers or go to Korea/Thailand where they do this stuff with the non-name brand fillers.

And honestly - after reading this forum the last two months, I\'ve realized Dr. C actually has more injection experience than Loria, Rowe, and the other doctors in the US charging 2x the price.
So the guy is still charging LESS, and just because he\'s in Mexico you have a problem with his prices? LOL.

As of 2019 Dr. Morales has taken over the majority of Avanti Derma\'s operation and I believe Dr. Casavantes is either retired or doing considerably less volume. Dr. Morales has decided to discontinue their Commercial Account here and pursue other marketing avenues. I hope over time she sees the benefit of this site and returns.
