Seems I have fallen victim to the dreaded “accordion effect”.
I’m uncircumcised and since the filler I seem to have been left with stretched/redundant
Foreskin and shaft skin, likely from being overfilled. Because of that, I can no longer create the normal tension across the
Foreskin,
Frenulum and glans during
Erection. The skin just seems to stay loose and mobile instead of tightening as the penis expands. I also still have some firm/fibrous areas and hard irregularities underneath, which I feel would sit much better if the surrounding skin was held more snugly against the shaft rather than being able to bunch and move over them. I recently watched
Avanti Derma’s video about
Circumcised vs uncircumcised patients and the accordion/bunching effect, and it felt extremely relevant to what I’m experiencing now.
I’ve also had filler dissolved and still have some irregular/fibrotic-type areas, so ideally I’m looking for a surgeon or clinic who is familiar with penile fillers and post-filler issues, not just routine
Circumcision.
Does anyone have any recommendations, ideally UK based, otherwise Europe, for someone experienced with this kind of problem? I’d also be really interested to hear from anyone who has had
Circumcision after filler, or from any clinicians familiar with treating the accordion effect.
