TOPIC: Lifetime membership?

Posting here, hoping it gets a moderators attention.

I shared a comprehensive log of my progress in the progress report tracking thread, including photos. Additionally, I sent an email to the appropriate email address, informing them that I had submitted all the necessary documents for the free lifelong membership about a month ago.

Despite this, I haven’t received any response or updates regarding my account here.

Please advise
