I'm looking to increase my girth (EG 4.7") and on my first meeting with the office administrator (Ben I believe his name was), was told that I could get 1-2 inches or more of girth and/length, and it would be permanent. He said they fill as much as possible, and follow ups and touch ups were included but shouldn't be an issue as long as I did the massages and followed instructions. He showed me pictures of other results and they were impressive.

I believe the shaft alone would be $7250 and the glans was an additional $2250 (so $9500 for fillers total). He also said that they do a $1,000 botox that is supposed to help it hang lower. They have rave reviews online, but I also had never heard of him and it was in a small office tucked away. They said I could do it next day even.

I travel a lot for work between Arizona, Colorado, and Texas, so really among any of these places I could go see someone if it just comes down to getting something injected, and I'm not opposed to going to Avanti Derma in TJ if it's a better value. For now I'm going to keep pumping so hopefully when I do go for fillers I can get as much as possible...

@hiimpat Currently, the only FDA-approved permanent filler in the US is Bellafill, which is used off-label for non-surgical penile girth enhancement.

There are a lot of major red flags I'm seeing not only on that clinic's website but also in your post that tell me they are using the illegal silicone oil concoction popularized by Loria that has been destroying men's penises and their lives, NOT Bellafill PMMA. We have a few pages on our website that explain why I believe this:

www.rejuvall.com/pharmaceutical-grade-si...e-penile-injections/
www.rejuvall.com/penile-injections-growth-silicone/
www.rejuvall.com/silicone-girth-enhancement-repair/

After checking Bellafill's provider list on their website ( bellafill.com/find-a-provider/ ), Radiant Ridge in Denver is not listed, so that is firm evidence that what they are using is not in fact PMMA but rather liquid silicone.

Our advice would be to stay very far away from this clinic and go to a reputable provider instead, preferably someone who is a board-certified urologist or at the very least someone who is willing to list exactly what product they are injecting along with its brand name, lot #, and traceability. And again, I highly urge you to take a look at those silicone warnings not only on our website but all across the Internet before doing any further research in finding a SAFE, reputable, QUALIFIED provider.

Remember, you only get 1 penis. Yes, safe penile enhancement work is expensive, but it's worth it in the long run to save the only penis you'll ever get and avoid years of emotional and physical pain and tens of thousands of dollars worth of reconstructive surgeries.

Best of luck to you in finding a provider, and I'm happy to answer any further questions you may have about this.

I would be a little cautious based on what you described.

The first thing that caught my attention was that they mentioned using PMMA and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) together. There is no FDA-approved PMMA filler that contains those two ingredients together. Bellafill, for example, contains PMMA microspheres suspended in bovine collagen with lidocaine—not CMC.

T think thay may be using a "compounded filler" I use compounded medications regularly, mostly topical creams from reputable compounding pharmacies. But a permanent injectable is a very different situation. Once PMMA is injected, it's intended to stay in your body permanently. Because of that, how it's manufactured is extremely important. The size and consistency of the PMMA microspheres, their smoothness, and their purity all affect how the body responds. Those are exactly the kinds of things that FDA approval and clinical trials are designed to evaluate.

Bellafill went through extensive clinical testing and is manufactured under strict FDA oversight. While using it for penile enhancement is considered off-label, the product itself is FDA-approved. The off-label part refers to *where* it's being injected, not to the product itself.

I also tried looking into compounded PMMA. I could not find any evidence that PMMA microspheres are a standard ingredient that pharmacies are recognized to compound in the same way they compound many other medications. If someone were injecting a permanent material into my body, I would want to know:
- Where did the PMMA come from?
- Was it manufactured under the same strict quality standards used for FDA-approved products?
- Has that exact formulation been studied for safety in people?

For something that's intended to remain in your body for life, I think those are very reasonable questions to ask.

The other thing that gave me pause was the "fill as much as you want with free touch-ups" approach. Permanent fillers aren't something I'd personally think of as an all-you-can-eat buffet.

Ask lots of questions!

Hello, this is the manager of Radiant Ridge Wellness. I remember the prospective patient that came in for the discussion.

1) We do not use silicone-in-oil as our filler.
2) We also do not use Bellafill
3) We do in fact use PMMA-CMC

We have an outstanding track record of providing outstanding results for our patients.

Hello Sir,

Typically non-Sponsor accounts are forbidden to post on the Forums; however, I will make an exception within this topic thread alone, which can serve to be a very good educational opportunity for our Readership. @CO_PMMA_CMC if you could email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. from your business/clinic address confirming this is you, we can move forward.

I ask all parties be civil & cordial, but just as equally critical when appropriate -- the point is to get to the bottom of this "PMMA and CMC" that isn't Bellafill, because if one Clinic possesses it, others will too. If @Rejuvall , @Dr_Sullivan , or any other Sponsor would like to chime in and ask questions in an exchange or respectful debate, @CO_PMMA_CMC will be permitted for this unique opportunity to respond and rebuttal should they choose to.

Depending on how this topic evolves will dictate whether or not I'll lock it. @CO_PMMA_CMC I politely ask that you only post within this topic thread only, it would be most appreciated. Representing a commercial interest on the Forums is a Sponsorship privilege, if I even get one PM or email from a Sponsor demanding this thread be gone, I will have to comply much the same way Forum Rules are enforced -- but I anticipate they will agree with me that this topic could truly be a great fact-finding opportunity in real-time.

This Forum Community puts a high value on transparent medicine, and the importance of becoming informed decision makers. This is why I'm making this very rare exception since it will ultimately benefit the end-user (members, lurkers, and visitors alike).

@CO_PMMA_CMC

What do you do when your patients do develop complications?

How are you able to charge so little for such an expensive filler type?

What is the exact product brand name, lot#, and traceability?

Which compounding pharmacy do you use?

Where does this "PMMA" you use come from?

Are you aware that using any "PMMA" other than Bellafill in the US is against FDA regulations and therefore illegal?

Since CMC, or carboxymethylcellulose, is a thickening agent that is much too viscous to be injected into the penis, even with "PMMA" microspheres mixed in, how are you able to get the filler product thin enough to be injected?

Thank you for your response.

I'm glad to hear that Radiant Ridge Wellness does not use injectable silicone oil, and we were already aware that you do not use Bellafill. I appreciate you clarifying that you use a PMMA-CMC product.

For patients considering a permanent filler, I think the most important question is not simply whether it contains PMMA, but which PMMA*is being used and how it is manufactured.

An analogy may be helpful. Choosing a permanent PMMA filler is a bit like choosing where to get a tattoo. Most people would be comfortable getting a tattoo from a licensed, professional tattoo studio that uses sterile equipment and pigments specifically manufactured for implantation into the skin. Most would probably think twice about getting a tattoo from someone using homemade ink made from burned cigarette ash, pen ink, or other improvised materials. In both cases, you end up with a tattoo—but which one would you rather have?

The same principle applies to PMMA. Bellafill's PMMA microspheres underwent FDA review and are manufactured to be smooth, uniform particles measuring approximately 30–50 microns. That doesn't mean every other PMMA product is inferior, but it does highlight why manufacturing quality, particle consistency, and clinical data are so important for a permanent implant.

For that reason, I think prospective patients would benefit from knowing:

- Where is the PMMA manufactured?
- Is it produced under recognized quality standards, such as GMP?
- Has it been reviewed or approved by a major regulatory authority?
- Are the PMMA microspheres smooth and uniform in size? Is there any published data to support this?
- Are there published clinical safety data for this specific product?

I believe providing that information would help patients make a more informed decision about a permanent implant.

I’ve had filler myself, long before it was widely accepted, so I’m not opposed to unconventional choices. I just strongly encourage patients to understand exactly what you’re receiving and think carefully before making a permanent decision.
