TOPIC: SUCCESSFUL GIRTH ENHANCEMENT + PENILE IMPLANTS

I myself have a titan hydraulic implant
And has undergone multiple HA fillers treatments

And i always wondered about key things :
1- having the implant in place is it an advantage to
The the dr performing the filler hense having a shaft that womt retract in other meaning has an structure .
2- and does the recovery process different in terms of cycling the implant inflate it post HA fillers treatments procedure (which day , duration , full/half inflation ,how long ) and for these to be applied will it help the filler to distribute more evenly, because for me personally i used to not to do anything for a week then i began 50% inflation for 20 minutes daily then increase day by day and am asking if other routine will work on my favor.

I would consider us guys who have an implant and doing HA fillers on top a niche group atleast for me because i rarely see it covered throughout the forum

I'll concurr and say doing Girth enhancements with my Titan Classic penile implant was the best choice.

I've done 1 round with Avanti in Oct25 and went from 4.5"EG to 5.5". Round 2 in a couple of months.

I'd like to go to Rupeka for underside at some point, but Im in CA.

Best feedback from my girl is that my penis now has a nice fleshy feel to balance out the rock hard Erection.

I wrote a whole write up of my experience after the procedure, but the website crashed. And didn't want to rewrite it all.

How many inches in length did the implant give you?

implant takes away the length in most cases, doesnt increase it. Its the sad truth

Interesting question: What about guys who got pmma when they were younger and later they sadly need an implant cause of erection problems.

a) Is an implant possible for that guys AFTER pmma. Or ll it result in an high infection risk?
b) I also heard these days getting a penile implant always ll result in length loss. BUT is it possible at least to choose a very thick implant?

I will go ahead and use your thread here as my announcement - haha - something i have only shared with a few people.

After many years of fighting an ED battle that I just could not overcome - I decided to proceed with an inflatable implant. I had a titan put in a few years ago now.
Honestly, I wish i had done it sooner !!! Also, however, I am very glad i did all the PE work that I did prior. I do miss the PE, and felt i had a little more that I could have achieved, but home life with the wife was far to important.

With that said, I have been wanting to get a touch up of PMMA over my very old Ellanse ( PCL ). there are spots I feel that have worn down little, and why not add a touch of girth again. haha.

I do not mean to highjack this thread at all. But I have been looking for good excuse to put this out there for a while now. So this seemed like the perfect time.

And to end this: You were spot on with regard to the fact that their do not seem to be many practitioners like your self that will except the challenge of performing this treatment. The one i did find was my implant surgeon himself actually, but will ONLY offer HA. And is not something I am interested in.
So not only do I agree with you, I will add that, depending on what you want to have injected, there seem to be further limitations.

I do think that injecting after an implant does make the procedure somewhat easier because the implant adds rigidity and a “backboard” to help glide the cannula in the proper tissue plane.

I mostly work with PMMA in the penis, but would use HA if a patient did “want” and more temporary product or wanted more of that “squishy” feeling. I do combine the two sometimes. It is all based on the patient’s desires, comfort level, and history. Safety is always paramount.

As for an implant in someone that has had filler, I will answer this, but as a physician that does not do penile implants. PMMA used for Girth enhancement is placed in the tissue layer surrounding the shaft, while a penile implant is placed deeper inside the erectile chambers. Because of this and these structures are separate, a properly performed Girth enhancement should not interfere with implant placement or function. I would think that many men would choose Girth enhancement years before ever needing an implant, and if an implant becomes necessary later, I would think that an experienced implant surgeons can still place the device safely.

Difficult to say... honestly an Inch in comparison.

Having ED for years will shrink your penis. The lack of nocturnal erections and weakening erections results in shortening per research.

The scar tissue post surgery needs to be worked out as well.

All that said, the Inch i lost over years of ED was regained with my implant. So technically back to my 20yo size... BUT being able to have an Erection for hours is the true superpower. Lol. Allows men to have multiple orgasms. With the Girth of PMMA, i feel lucky
