is right in the middle of SoCal (OC) and is well-acquainted with PMMA, even if he doesn't offer it (don't quote me on that, since sometimes Clinics can & do change policies and/or methodologies over time, while others are successful with a particular niche they've mastered... it's really all about what they learn from what works best for them and their patients). If he wishes to respond he might be able to share what he's currently offering this year.
