Below is a link where I talk about this question.
Will Any One Know?
1. Can a partner notice (erect vs flaccid)?
When placed properly and in reasonable volume, PMMA is one of the most natural-appearing fillers. In the erect state, most partners will not notice anything different. Flaccid, there may be subtle changes, but these are not typically recognized as “work.” You might notice but most women do not have enough frame of reference to distinguish, and the appearance remains very natural.
2. Notice through feel?
The feel is generally indistinguishable from natural tissue. Patients frequently report that even they can barely tell the difference. Partners almost never notice. If anything is felt, it is typically very subtle and not interpreted as abnormal. Again you will know but no one else is likely to.
3. Difference in PMMA vs non-PMMA areas?
There may occasionally be a slight transition at the base or at the circumcision line, but these are minor and easily correctable with touch-ups. To a partner’s hand, the difference is negligible and not something that would stand out.
4. How rigid does it feel when flaccid?
Flaccid tissue does not feel rigid after PMMA. The filler integrates with your collagen, maintaining the soft, natural texture.
5. Thick skin pinching?
PMMA stimulates collagen production within the tissue, which can make the skin feel slightly thicker in certain spots. This is still within the normal range of skin variability, and partners will not perceive this as abnormal.
Additional Considerations:
· PMMA carries a 5–8% risk of granulomas, which can present as small nodules. These are generally minor but occasionally require treatment.
· No filler procedure is completely invisible; as with any aesthetic enhancement (e.g., breast implants, facelift scars), there is a trade-off. However, the overwhelming majority of men find the benefit in girth far outweighs any minor differences.
· Partners almost never notice, especially when erect. If any detectability exists, it is most likely flaccid and minimal.
