My take: If this works for most guys even to a moderate degree, it could be a genuine game changer. It’s non-invasive, private (discreet packaging), and straightforward to use: just apply the patch and use the app to control pulsations. I suspect many here, especially those enjoying recent size gains, could benefit from improved and/or delayed climaxes.
