Hi guys, I really need your advice as I’m feeling pretty confused after my procedure.
After a long period of back and forth, I finally decided to go ahead with girth enhancement. I had it done today with a well-known doctor in Beverly Hills. The procedure involved 12 syringes total:
30% Bellafill
70% Juvederm Voluma
I’m uncircumcised, and the doctor focused only on the upper shaft, purposely avoiding the glans area and tapering toward the tip (he said this was to avoid unnatural appearance due to my uncircumcised anatomy).
Visually, I’m very happy so far — the penis looks about 50% thicker, and even seems a bit longer due to the girth increase. I also gained approximately 1 full inch in girth, although I know some of that might be swelling.
My concerns:
The doctor did not bandage the area or recommend any massaging. He specifically told me “do not touch it” and said we’ll reassess at a follow-up in one week.
I was prescribed oral antibiotics, but that’s about it.
I’ve heard from many on here and elsewhere that massaging is essential to avoid lumps or irregularities — so now I’m second-guessing his instructions.
Also, is it safe to mix Bellafill with Juvederm Voluma in the same session?
On a side note, I’ll be honest — I paid $14,500, which felt very expensive. He initially wanted to use 20 syringes and then another 20 in a second round, but I had to stop him. I’m not looking to go extreme, just fuller and natural. I may consider adding 6 more syringes in the second round later.
If anyone has had experience mixing these fillers, especially with an uncircumcised shaft, I’d really appreciate hearing your advice. Should I follow his no-touch policy, or gently massage anyway?
Thanks in advance — any input would help ease my mind during this first healing phase. Overall it’s hard for me to trust doctors as I always think they gameplan and plot ahead for more money and would say a lot of things to justify their "RECOMMENDATIONS”, to have a returning client…
Generally speaking, the doctor’s aftercare advice seemed pretty relaxed. He told me that sex after 7 days might be fine, and even said light weightlifting would be okay around the same time.
But this is confusing — almost everywhere else I’ve heard a strict two-week rule: no sex, no working out, to avoid complications. Why wouldn’t he set clearer boundaries? It’s making me question how cautious I really need to be during recovery.
I mean both can be used, but I usually seem them used in separate application (as opposed to mix) -- which was yours?
Was your Doctor a Sponsor here or someone you saw local?
Not all post-op protocols are created equal. This is not a standardized field and some arguable experimental despite its advancements. This is why I only trust the methodologies of Sponsors here, including their innovative techniques (example: Dr. Leonardo will use Hyaluronic Acid & Radiesse). So your best bet is to rely on whomever your Injector was in terms of their pre-op & post-op protocols.
Photos will of course help generate more feedback in general.

Hi Skeptical,
Really appreciate you taking the time to respond—you're a legend. Thanks also for maintaining this board; it’s been incredibly helpful. (Please DM me if possible—I tried to sign up for premium but my credit card failed six times.)
Unfortunately, the doctor I went to wasn’t a sponsor here. I initially looked into Dr. Tsay, but his office said he only treats circumcised patients. I ended up seeing Dr. Emer in Beverly Hills, which in hindsight I wouldn’t recommend. They quoted me $30,000, without even really telling me how many syringes and why whatsoever would justify it. They added all kinds of things. p shot, glance enhancement and 20 syringes which I found extremely excessive. I made clear right away this is too much and I don't ant all of this.
The whole process felt off. I was told the $500 I paid was for a consultation with the doctor. But once there, they had me undress and put on a robe without explanation. When I asked, the assistant said, “Yes, it’s still just a consult—but you have to be completely undressed.” I felt pressured, and I now regret going along with it. Looking back, I probably could have gotten the treatment done elsewhere at a more reasonable price—and possibly more professionally?
About the treatment itself:
Dr. Emer injected both HA (Juvederm Voluma) and Bellafill during the same session. I don’t know what came over me, but during the procedure I asked for 2 extra syringes. In total, I received 7 syringes of Juvederm Voluma and 7 of Bellafill. I deeply regret the Bellafill now. I wasn’t clearly informed that it’s a permanent filler. The doctor didn’t say it wasn’t—but he also didn’t stress that it was. As someone new to this, I really feel he should have made that clearer. Had I known, I would’ve opted for HA only.
It’s now been about 10 days since the procedure, and I’ve noticed three dents on my penis. Will these smooth out over time? I was surprised when the doctor said I should absolutely not massage the area. I’ve been doing daily shockwave therapy post-procedure, which seems to help a bit.
I’ve attached photos along with a picture of the syringe tray from the procedure. I would really appreciate feedback—does this look like a poor outcome? Could it have been done better?
Also, starting around day three, I began experiencing a dull ache in my testicles. It’s improved gradually, but I can still feel it. There’s no visible sign of migration, but I wonder if a nerve was affected or if filler somehow shifted? Super strange.. adds to the bitter taste about my experience in that regard. I did received two anti biotic and one anti inflammation suppressor which I took on a strict regiment.
Any input or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again to everyone here for the support. I have pictures of my penis attached. I am uncirumsised, I also added the full video of my treatment on here, he streamed it on YouTube. @Skeptical_One
if you find a few minutes I would love to hear your feedback on it.
