Could also imply an abundance of interest and/or (temporary) staffing issues, I'd like to think a well established & reputable Clinic deserves the benefit of the doubt.

I don't think this is the appropriate way to express complaints -- dismissing their work outright because of a slow response. This would entail dismissing their work in not only girth enhancement, but their work in Reconstructive Urology (and the many guys whose penis's have been saved by volumes of silicone injections, among other things like trauma & injury), their pioneering role in developing treatment for Peyronie's Disease, their generous educational insights to our Community (and at no cost to you), among many many other things contributions

You could have instead approached this by saying you weren't happy with their turnaround time and would hope they could address this by seeing the post here. They could have seen it, and/or I could have relayed it to them. This would be have been constructive feedback, and I'm sure they would have appreciated it and taken it seriously.

Instead you sound entitled and worse, this is your very first post.

If you had a posting history and were a well established member here, this type of messaging would have been a warning. However, your tone & approach is beneath the decorum of this Forum and your account has been closed. I'm only going to keep this thread live for a bit longer so people see that I was NOT trying to censor any content, but rather purge an already saturated message board (which is a separate matter I have to deal with) of unnecessary (and quite frankly, disrespectful) comments. Furthermore, it gives @Rejuvall an opportunity to respond if they wish to, but they are under no obligation to (based on the unfortunate approach of this one individual).

I will delete this topic by the end of the weekend.

Hi @Jaysmith1 – I’ve looked extensively through our system and personally spent the last 3 hours trying to identify any messages that might match your report, but I haven’t found anything under your username or any related names or email addresses. If this is a real concern, I’d be more than happy to help resolve it—just send me a private message here with the email you used so I can look into it further.

We take communication seriously, and I always want to make sure we’re not missing inquiries—not just yours, but from anyone who reaches out to us. If something slipped through the cracks, I want to know about it so we can fix it.

That said, this account appears to be brand new and hasn’t posted before, so if this isn’t a genuine issue, I’d encourage a bit more transparency out of fairness to others in the community. Either way, my inbox is always open.

@Rejuvall unfortunately his account being suspended will not permit him to use the Private Message feature since all privileges are built into each user account.
