Yea.. i bought an at-home shockwave therapy product 5 years ago or something (? chatgpt was not there for years) for around 2000usd
Now chatgpt existing i asked about the product i bought:
Name was 'Shockwave' and it was the same product also other people bought on forums, eg here
(this was on a small sticker on the product)
Product name: Magnetic dynamic wave
Product model: Y-0067
Rated Voltage: 110V—240V
Rated power: 180W
Rated frequency: 50-60hz
Product Type: manipulative assistant
Execution standard:
GB4706.1-2005
GB4706.15-2008
And chatgpt tells me it's not even bad shockwave, it's like no shockwave, completely useless, penetrating perhaps only 1 millimetre.
I feel stupid.
But there was like a blog
shockwavefored.blogspot.com/
, him reading all the science and having the product, and now the blog is deleted.
At some points it 'obviously seemed to work', but probably just placebo effect.
I was at the doctor for calcium in my shoulder and they do shockwave, 120eur per session, 5 sessions, and the machine they use cost 60k usd
So on the other hand this gives me hope again that 'real' shockwave works.
Is there even any good product one could buy that is under 10 000 usd?
