I first learned about penile filler from stumbling across YouTube videos by Dr Emer so I’ve been following his stuff for a while before I ended up starting my own journey. I see he uses shockwave therapy to enhance his work and I’ve found a place near me here in Florida. Does anyone have any experience with shockwave therapy and the benefits of it? Does it really help that much in the healing process? Thanks in advance for any input.

Suggest you search in the term “shockwave” in this forum. You should find all types of input. I’ve used it and I believe it’s a positive.

Hey thanks new guy! I couldn’t tell if you were being helpful or facetious at first so I decided to take it as helpful. I’ve always checked before I post but sometimes I can’t find the exact info I’m looking for OR I can’t ask questions because the person that had an answer CLOSE to what I was asking is no longer here. I appreciate your input and I’ll keep an eye out for your personal experiences in the future.

I was trying to be helpful. I found there is a ton of information in this site. Do you have any specific questions? I believe the results can vary based on who is operating the wand device. You need someone that is going to be aggressive in its application. Yes, it’s uncomfortable (mildly hurting) at times but that is what you need any. If the touch is light the impact is minimal. I did 6 sessions in three weeks and have now switched over the once a month maintenance session for around $200 per session. I don’t believe I could do this to my self.

Thanks man I was kinda curious about doing it myself. Some YouTube fellas recommend getting your own but I don’t think I’m up for all that. I would light-hand it and not get the full benefits. I found a place here in Jax that offers it so I’m gonna give it a go and see if a few sessions can get me off the daily dose of Cialis or add to my Erection quality. Also just the increased blood flow should be nice anyway. Dr Emer adds shockwave after he does his filler sessions for accelerated healing and to “help the filler settle” so after watching some of his stuff I decided to look into it.

Did your erections and/or sensitivity improve noticeably? What was your reason for trying it?

Thanks in advance.

I found it improved Erection quality and sensitivity both. My wife noticed the difference.

I’m on a journey to “improve” my penis. Doing stretching for now and plan on doing filler in February.

I’ve learned a lot to think about from this site.

What have you have done by Dr. Elder so far?

Thanks

I’ve never heard Dr Emer. He’s more of a “celebrity doc” form what I hear. Finding his vids is what started my journey. I fly out Monday for my 3rd round of PMMA at Avanti Derma though. Not sure how many more rounds I’m going for, but my end goal is 7” in Girth.

If you do decide to try shockwave therapy, make sure you are getting LiSWT (low intensity shockwave therapy) and not radial or acoustic shockwave treatment. LiSWT is commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction and has been clinically proven to work, whereas radial and acoustic wave treatments (which are marketed as shockwave) have no real effect aside from placebo. Be careful because those marketing radial and/or acoustic wave therapies and devices try to pass it off as "real" shockwave by presenting the clinical studies on LiSWT instead of the therapies and devices they are actually using. This short video does a better job of explaining:

Yea.. i bought an at-home shockwave therapy product 5 years ago or something (? chatgpt was not there for years) for around 2000usd

Now chatgpt existing i asked about the product i bought:
Name was 'Shockwave' and it was the same product also other people bought on forums, eg here
(this was on a small sticker on the product)
Product name: Magnetic dynamic wave
Product model: Y-0067
Rated Voltage: 110V—240V
Rated power: 180W
Rated frequency: 50-60hz
Product Type: manipulative assistant
Execution standard:
GB4706.1-2005
GB4706.15-2008

And chatgpt tells me it's not even bad shockwave, it's like no shockwave, completely useless, penetrating perhaps only 1 millimetre.
I feel stupid.

But there was like a blog shockwavefored.blogspot.com/ , him reading all the science and having the product, and now the blog is deleted.
At some points it 'obviously seemed to work', but probably just placebo effect.

I was at the doctor for calcium in my shoulder and they do shockwave, 120eur per session, 5 sessions, and the machine they use cost 60k usd

So on the other hand this gives me hope again that 'real' shockwave works.

Is there even any good product one could buy that is under 10 000 usd?

Unfortunately, no, not at this time. All the at-home devices are basically scams trying to pass themselves off as LiSWT. That being said, PDE5 inhibitors like Viagra and Cialis, as well as Botox (we call it the Blue Pill Shot at Rejuvall) are other affordable ways of increasing EQ if you don't want to do LiSWT. Hope that helps!

Yea, i was just looking
Eg chatgpt says eg PiezoWave2T is a good one (i just asked about that model cause that is the one a doc in my city has), and apparently it costs something like 50k

O, nobody in my city does that botox for penis it seems, does seem less attractive than shockwave right now to me anyway

I bought a device that portrays itself as "shockwave" with a suspicion it was radial/acoustic wave.
The goal was a veinier Dick. Slow gains so far, but I've got some peptide experimentation I'm going to do soon that may improve that.
The faint superficial blue veins under the skin are now less faint, and way more visible. I can't link the change to anything else.

Check out STORZ Medical ——- The D-50 model is the one I have been subject to. I believe the benefits are useful. I saw a used one on eBay but don’t recall the price. I do know the learning process for using it is small. There may be others offered for sale in eBay or directly from the manufacturer……however I would not want to use it on my self.

We use the high intensity STORZ model in our men's clinic and have gotten great results. You're very right not to try DIYing that kind of therapy. While the complications and side effects of LiSWT are minimal, it should only be employed by a trained medical professional.
