TOPIC: Considering PMMA with Avanti

Considering PMMA with Avanti 1 day 21 hours ago #1308721352

Hi everyone,

After doing a fair bit of research for a couple of days, and being involved with PE for a couple months.. I decided that I am heavily leaning towards a PMMA fill, specifically with Avanti.

One of my main concern is about potential final results while being uncircumcised with my own Girth goal in mind. Many providers require for penis to be Circumcised and warn of an accordion effect. I am not Circumcised but I am open to doing it, moreso if it's critical to attaining my Girth goals versus staying uncircumcised and doing PMMA anyway but failing to reach my desired goal or poor shaft appearance.

My main question is - if my goal is to eventually hit 6" or even a loftier 6.25" in midshaft Girth, is it critical for my penis to be Circumcised? Avanti specifically prefers a 'low and tight' cut, which is very specific and I also wonder why that specific cut, do other types of cuts experience less optimization?

FYI: I am currently 7"~ BPEL, and 4.76" MSEG and Flaccid I am 4.5" length and 4.4" midshaft Girth

A secondary question would be - if having an uncircumcised penis really hinders my Girth goals, is such a goal (6"-6.25" midshaft Erect Girth) even possible with my current stats with a Circumcised penis?

Mostly asking this because I am fairly short and thin, standing at 5'5" and wonder at what point will it become too big where it appears unnatural for my body type, especially cause my Flaccid seems to be above average and a shower already. So if this becomes 6" in Erect Girth .. then I'll be walking around with a 5.5-5.75" Flaccid Girth? Which IDK if that is realistic, or natural?

I thought it'd be best to voice my concerns here, rather than inquire direct with Avanti and potentially waste their time as I am in the initial planning stages of this all, and if I do move forward with Circumcision .. will take even longer.

I didn’t get Circumcised - I know Rupeka and Dr Liu will work with uncut patients - most of my accordion effect seemed to go away . So far about 1 Inch Girth gain

I was 4.8 ish now around 5.8 ish

There is an important factor many are not considering, and this is in no way a knock against Dr. Liu and Dr. Rupeka, highly respected Physicians & skilled Injectors in their own right (and Sponsors to the site) -- but because they opt to perform these procedures on an uncircumcised penis doesn't eliminate any inherent issues, no matter how uncommon. What I've personally observed is that being uncircumcised (uncut) does not mean or guarantee you will get the aesthetic irregularity known as the "accordion effect," but rather, you are now open to the possibility of this aesthetic issue that wouldn't have been a problem if you were already circumcised +PLUS+ it can be challenging to correct.

More importantly, is that the sheer volume of PMMA procedures performed by Avanti Derma may be in orders of magnitude to most if not all other North American providers (they were the Pioneers of "PMMA Bioplasty" having been injecting the penis since circa 2008 using PMMA exclusively). Why doe this matter? Because when you have that kind of sample size, you are not only familiar with the filler, its complications, and its corrective measures, but you've also learned to refine technique & methodology in that time. If they make you sign a waiver for anything, consider it from a place of unparalleled authority in this specific area of girth enhancement.

With respect to Dr. Liu, Dr. Rupeka, and other nationwide PMMA providers, they may do decent volume, but until such time that their volume & time injecting penises begins to approach that of the Pioneering providers, they may not totally take into full consideration that circumcised men account for 80% of the American male population (numbers vary but they are all relatively close the the 80% figure give-or-take), so they hardly see foreskin for every patient that comes in. Smaller sample size of uncut men means an even smaller sample size of an aesthetic complication (i.e. accordion effect) that isn't necessarily guaranteed to occur.

This is observation (i.e. the increased risk for aesthetic anomalies by way of remaining undiscussed) has been made by other high-volume PMMA penile injectors, including Rejuvall and Androfill if I'm not mistaken.

I write this all to say that I don't think there is anything wrong with Doctors offering uncut men the option, but not to have a false sense of security that it'll ever be 100% accordion-effect free. Those who choose to remain uncut (I know it can be a sensitive topic for some), if you are going undergo something permanent like PMMA, be sure it is a vetted & qualified Practitioner (Dr. Liu and Dr. Rupeka are among them of course). However, in my in my humble and informed opinion, I'd strongly consider adult circumcision if I'm someone who tends to be hyper critical of aesthetics & natural results -- otherwise take a conservative and measured approach if you are set on PMMA as an uncut patient.

Perhaps @Avanti_Derma can chime in on the frequency/statistics, the physiology & anatomical challenges, and/or general insight on this topic.
