Any Provider who reads that and accepts you, I'd be wary. Any Sponsor who reads this and accepts you without providing you the kind of advice I'm about to share, I would have them suspended from the Forums until they renounce & reset their stance/policy. Those who have been open to taking these kinds of patients are not prioritizing the welfare of the patient first. Despite the elective nature of Cosmetic Medicine and its association with vanity, it's still
Medicine (as a practice).
These procedures aren't without risk. While we've come a long way with the refinement of penis enlargement (and risks are relatively low when performed by respectable Practitioners), the idea of
"pushing the limits" only pushes the chances of complications higher. Imagine going into this with the desire for a bigger penis only to come out of it disfigured, impotent, and/or even smaller than what you started with. These severe complications are incredibly rare generally speaking, but that changes when you take the kind of cavalier (or even arguably reckless) approach you wish to pursue.
Please don't misinterpret this message as a criticism -- see it as my way of getting you to step back and reconsider your goals now that I've shared with you the elevated risks you may not have considered before (both in terms of complications, as well as the dangers of dealing with the kind of doctors that would be completely okay with this request). While there are many respectable Physicians, there still remains unethical con-artists that somehow are still practicing medicine, and they'd happily take your money regardless of your request.
Be careful, be mindful. You can "go big," yes, but it has to be practical and within reason. Take the approach incrementally, you'll find that what you might have imagined or dreamed was overboard. You'll find extreme size is overrated & needlessly glorified, and worse, can be prohibitive of casual sex (unaccustomed partners), anal sex (pain and/or rejection of anal), oral (potential for teeth scraping), and "quickies" (quick sex with lube rarely available due to spontaneity). I hope you get where I'm coming from.
