The "target space" for injection of fillers within the penis is between the collies fascia &
Dartos fascia -- a very thin space that is not entirely uniform around the penis. Seems quite precarious. How is it that the clinician 'knows' with any degree of confidence that he's entered the correct depth & cavity and hasn't incorrectly overshot/undershot?
Precision is ultra important for any filler (perhaps less so for a bio-identical temporary
HA-type filler) but when speaking of a
PMMA-type product specifically -- the
PMMA spheres (even if a tiny amount) will forever be in the wrong place -- creating a cascade of unintended consequences.
