Hi guys,

I used to hang religiously, got up to 15-20lbs using a vac hanger and tape on the glans. Used to use the Bib Hanger as well before switching over to a vac cup over the glans.
I got to roughly 7" in erect length and that is when I moved over to PMMA filler, an Alloderm graft and a lig cut.
The lig cut got me literally nothing in erect length gains, but of course helped with flaccid hang gains, which has been beneficial to my PMMA journey.

In total I have 93ccs of PMMA filler, both Bellafill and Linneasafe (Pics attached)
Current EG is now 7.5" (started at 5.5")
Current BPEL is 7"


I would LOVE to get back into hanging and try to gain some additional length now with the ligs cut and my PMMA journey coming to a close...but I'm terrified of screwing up what I've worked on over the past year and a half :/

How are we supposed to hang and not completely deform or fuck up the filler and/or grafts?
Wouldn't a Bib Hanger move or leave indentations?
I think the vac cup would be the way to go...but it would still be pulling heavily on the shaft where the silicon sleeve is placed over and connected to the cap. Would that not pull the PMMA towards the head and potentially build a ring by the glans?
Also, no idea how to even put on a silicon sleeve anymore being this thick :(

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this thread, but I'm truly at a lose after digging through older threads about this. It seemed nobody had a concrete answer or solution :(

PS. I would NOT jump back to hanging with that much weight again, I figure 5-10lbs range would be perfect for a long hanging session if I could do it without damage to the new penis

Don't mean to jump the gun before any replies, but I was reading about something called the Phalback...no idea if it works with those of us that have had a decent amount of filler injected already..

Another option I thought about is vacuum pumping for length. @Texas I've seen you talking about that a bit in the past. Is this a good solution to my length dilemma?

Hey thanks for sharing. I’m always trying to gauge at what point it would be too much filler but even 7.5 doesn’t seem that crazy if you have the length to support it.

Here’s the info on Phalback, it’s just a faster method of pumping. Apparently vibration cuts the time in half with pumping or hanging.

The only difference between the two models is that the pro has a controller for the vibration- the vibration motor you buy separately.

I did not gain an inch, but vibration supposedly speeds up the time needed to pack a tube. Same with extending, although they say not to exceed 20-30 min a day of vibration.

I attached a routine for vibration interval pumping, and I do believe I got some gains, just not one inch. I figure it can't hurt to continue using this as many users have pointed out that Avanti and others have recommended pumping for one+ month prior to going for PMMA injections will allow for more filler to be injected since the penis is already conditioned to a size beyond your normal erection. A couple things to note, the interval pump the DIY community is using is a modified breast pump. They actually are going to have a version you can buy for about $250 that has everything built in. I bought the older version that required you buy a separate power supply for the motor. You don't need to by 4 clamps, just two as I didn't really need the handle. I used a towel to prop everything up and keep the cylinder or a 45* angle as you sit down.

The Phalback protocol calls for a pump cylinder slightly larger than your girth. Typically I would use 1.75" cylinder which is 5.5 inch circumference and my girth was like 5.3 or 5.4 flaccid since the purpose is for length not girth. They also used some kind of lubricant like coconut oil, and he vibration only was on during the vacuum interval, usually the vibration setting up to 3-5 on the knob.

And the protocol I followed for for phalback was 15s on 5s off for 20 min going up to 17inhg for the last 6 min or so.

2 min 25cmhg static
5 min 35cmhg 10s on 2s off
5 min 40cmhg 8s on 2s off
5 min 44cmhg 6s on 2s off

I use the hog stretcher or hog vibe: although they recommend not more than 20-30 minutes of vibration for the day. Phalback protocol is twice a day but it’s in intervals so the vibration exposure is less than 30 minutes.

Maybe reach out to honestpe.shop/ to see if he can make you a custom hog vibe as your girth might be too big for the stretcher.

I also use the male hanger which looks like it is the improved version of the bib hanger. I would think the filler is fully settled after 2 months but if it’s been longer I don’t see why you couldn’t do compression hanging. I usually only do 10lb but I guess I would start off with 5 and work your way up. I only max out at 13lb or so for a 20 minute session before I need a 2 minute break.

@lurkin how much pmma do you have? I'm worried with my amount that I could cause deformation using a bib hanger with intense compression. I'll take a look at the phalback. I know of the phallonsan and other extenders...but the vibration element it new to me

I don’t think the filler is movable once it’s been encapsulated. Like that is after 3 month mark i believe. But they say it’s safe to resume at the 2 month mark.

I see people using a noose stretcher right after the procedure but with something light like 1-3 lb. And the vac cup seems safe after 8 weeks and I’ve only done 10-11lb on the hog stretcher since the procedure.

I have only had 25 syringes of Bellafill with Rupeka but I’m going to Avanti in April. Maybe I’ll have half the filler you have.

Usually I think the consensus is 1,000 hours of extending/hanging is 1 inch of gain. But it’s different for everyone.

Thanks @lurkin , I emailed honestpe.shop/ about building a larger hog stretcher. I think the vibration could be a benefit but not entirely sure. I asked about that as well.

I do use aa ADS noose stretcher immediately following procedures and keep it on as much as I physically can for about 10-14 days. Seems to help alot. Goal is to reduce turtling long term

Sure I used the honestpeshop email. He replied in a few hours for me. The PE community recommends that extender because of the quality/price. I had an issue and he resolved it for me, basically if you plan on using vibration get the hog vibe and don't try upgrading the regular extender with replacement parts.
