Bellafill is offered by
Youthology (Dr.
Rupeka), Jiva Med Spa (Dr. Nanda), SWAG by
Shafer Clinic (Dr.
Shafer), and a handful of other Clinics & Doctors I trust, but this iteration of
PMMA is not used by
Avanti Derma -- they instead use Linnea Safe. There are significant differences between them to consider:
(1) Linnea Safe comes in 10% and 30% concentrations whereas
Bellafill comes in 20%.
(2)
Avanti Derma (as far as I know) doesn't assess how many syringes you'll need per-se, but rather, whatever volume is necessary to achieve your goals (within reason). The aforementioned Clinics above are more likely to be syringe-specific because
Bellafill is a luxury filler state-side, and so each injection counts.
(3)
Bellafill syringes are actually 0.8 mL's (cc's) and so 10 syringes are actually 8mL's of volume, which is on the lower end of volume injected, but can still yield tangible gains.
(4) The carriers (the substance the
PMMA microspheres are suspended in) are very different, and as of this writing, I cannot say for certain how much of a role it plays when we're talking just 10 syringes and what to expect when pitting Linnea Safe -vs-
Bellafill.
*Note- both brands of
PMMA are viable and demonstrably efficacious dermal fillers for penile augmentation; additionally, they possess roughly the same microsphere range of sizes and seemingly yield similar results in terms of
"looks & feel. In other words, there is nothing glaringly obvious or clear that one is superior to the other in terms of its application to the penis based on what current data we have. Sometimes the tie-breaker comes down to value, reputation/reviews, consultation, logistics, bedside manner, packaged deals, expertise, experience, ethical considerations, and your overall gut preference.*
That all said, I suspect if it's 0.3"-0.6" in gains you'd like along the shaft to have a uniform 5.5" (which I personally believe is the sweet spot circumference with respect to diminishing returns), 10 syringes
may do the job, but anticipate at least one follow-up appointment for any minor
Revision and/or a few more syringes to set it all right. My recommendation would also be to stick to this practical & reasonable goal of a uniform 5.5" shaft, and once you get it retire into the sunset, especially with that length you already have.
