April 9th, 2025 21:41 UTC #1308721107 No filler including HA is approved for penis. Both are used off label. However, unlike silicone oil, HA and PMMA are approved as dermal fillers. Many medications etc are used off label.

Bellafill (PMMA) is an FDA-approved dermal filler. While its approved indications include the correction of nasolabial folds and treatment of certain types of acne scars, it is being used off-label in penile enhancement by physicians like myself. Although medical-grade silicone oil is FDA-approved for ophthalmologic use (specifically, retinal detachment), it is not approved for injection into the penis or soft tissues. Moreover, it is my understanding that many individuals offering silicone enhancement are not even using FDA-regulated medical-grade silicone, but are instead sourcing silicone from unregulated suppliers. For a more in-depth discussion, watch the video on this page where I explains FDA approval and off-label use in detail.
