Hey all. I'm in the research stages looking into getting Bellafill from Rupeka. Just curious for some input from experienced recipients here. I'm 6.5in nbp Erect length , Girth wise I'm baseball bat shaped with 5.5 Girth under the Circumcision scar tapering down to 5.2 at the base.

My goal is 6"+ Girth and I guess what I'm trying to ask is how many syringes/ml's of Bellafill would you estimate to be needed to achieve that? I'd like to reduce the # of trips to Rupeka and do it in 1 shot with a touchup if needed, rather than multiple trips plus touchups after that.

Of course best answer would be a consult with Dr Rupeka himself, but I'm still very early in my research (not quite 100% committed) and I don't want to waste his time replying to me if I'm not even 100% sure.

Not trying to waste anyone else's time here either lol but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do it. Just trying to estimate costs.

Appreciate any input

From estimating what I've seen posted around here id guess ~20-25cc; number of syringes depends on their cc/syringe (Bellafill is 0.8cc?)

It isn't just the volume injected, it's how your body responds to the presence of the microspheres in terms of how much collagen is produced. My first ever PMMA injection was done in like 14-ish years ago using a 20% PMMA of what I believe was 15cc's (memory a bit stretched here, but don't believe it exceeded 20cc's for sure) -- I gained a whole Inch in Erect circumference. That was very a very above-average gain. Somehow my 2nd appointment (with less volume) didn't seem to yield nearly what I expected it to based on whatever "mathing" I had in my head.

This is why many injectable Phalloplasty practitioners will often quote a 0.5-0.75" gain as a "typical but not guaranteed" result after your first go. Think about how your hair or nails grow faster/slower or thicker/thinner than other people you know (while not collagen, I'm using the example as a comparison) . Some people recover faster than others from wounds. It seems like physiological processes, while identical in terms of execution, can vary in terms of duration and/or degree.

The size range that you can gain, which I quoted above, is based on average ranges reported by both Clinics and their patients on the first go-around.

Sinister94,

There are many factors in gaining "0.5-0.75 " gain". I like to use percentages because 20 syringes for someone with 4 Inch Girth will give more noticeable improvement versus someone that is 5.8 inches Girth. If I were to give a rough estimate 15-18 syringes. (and remember Bellafill comes in 0.8 ml) based on your stated measurements.

Good luck with your journey.

@Skeptical_One Ignore my other thread about you getting Bellafill, I just saw this post.

Have you had any complications or lumps/granulomas in the past 14 years from the Bellafill?

I had Metacrill (Discontinued) and Linnea Safe (both PMMA brands that were/are available abroad) over a number of appointments ranging from 2011-2015, with no complications to date.

The risk of granulomas or the risk of aesthetic irregularities like lumps and nodules can and do happen, the former requiring a diagnosis and possible treatment, and the latter requiring revision work (which is generally mild work relatively speaking). Nodules & such are more common and can sometimes be mistaken for granulomas. These procedures are elective in nature and one has to go into it assuming potential risks; fortunately however, the aforementioned side effects are generally treatable & resolvable with time.

That said, I ask we resume the topic at hand, thanks :)
