Greetings folks. As the title states, I had two rounds of PMMA performed at Avanti Derma. No issues with the procedure and everything went smoothly. My first procedure was in May of 2024 and I received 24cc . My second procedure was in August of 2024 and I received an additional 24cc. Aesthetically, everything came out okay with a slight ridge near the glans. However, that’s only something I would notice. The only concerning issue I have is that when Erect, my penis feels squishy along the top. The sides feel hard, just like it did before the procedures. It should also be noted that I’ve never had any major issues with EQ. Matter of fact, I still feel like I’m getting very hard, I just have this squishy fat pad along the top of my penis that I feel like I can do nothing about. My wife has taken note of this and her fingers kind of “sink in” to the top of my shaft when her hand is around it. Is anyone else dealing with this and are there any remedies? Thanks in advance guys.

We're our own harshest critics and we know our own body's the best, any distinct difference from the old will be something we notice, and if we were willing to get penis enlargement, we're already very acquainted with the contour & palpability of our penis. The reality is that generally speaking, almost no *casual* partner will notice this (obviously this doesn't apply to you, but the point must be made) and why you might feel any difference in "feel" is because technically speaking, you enhanced your penis through aesthetic medical procedures, and like even with the best of boob jobs, there is always something discernable if you inspect it hard enough. Except most (if not all) casual partners don't really notice this (let alone spend the time required to identify anything out of the ordinary), unless you invite scrutiny. Just carry it like you carried it before, and you'll be fine. However, you have a wife who knows about this, so if you invite the scrutiny, she too will notice. Not a big deal I don't think (?).

Injectable Phalloplasty when performed correctly by a reputable practitioner using medical-grade product will NOT have any impact on your Erection quality (EQ), and I strongly suspect you are dealing with a softer patch of collagen -- since you have a wife who has clearly been cognizant of your procedures, she too will notice, but would she describe this as a complaint? I'm sincerely curious.

I suppose some small deposits of 30% PMMA in that area might help harden the area a bit more but may also lead to proportional aesthetic irregularities. I'd wait it out another 6 months or so and see how both of you feel, especially her since I'd imagine if you're married and exclusive, her opinion is probably the only one that matters, unless I'm mistaken. But one thing to be sure, EQ is not adversely impacted by the proper injection of acceptable fillers for Girth enhancement.
