Hey all I had HA filler in London and it’s clear there is too much filler around the mid to base part of the penis. When erext and rolling Foreskin back it just sits around the base like a roll of belly fat. The dr used far too much filler 20ml and 4 in the glands. For a small penis I particular Flaccid I think 10 would have been more than enough.

I was so annoyed at the dr I visited a new dr who has injected saline in the areas too much filler - this may accelerate absorption but to be honest it’s just not done much.

My question is can they use Hyaluronidase to ‘thin out’ the filler around the base (but not totally dilute it) or so there is still some - ideally I don’t want to eradicate it all as it’s cost a lot.

Many thanks for suggestions and answers.

Yes! That’s one of the advantages of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) fillers—they’re adjustable. Hyaluronidase can be used in small, amounts to break down just a bit of the filler (thin it), so you don’t have to remove it all at once. If your willing to go for multiple sessions, your provider can carefully tweak the amount of filler that’s dissolved until it looks just right. This approach helps you avoid wasting your initial investment while still achieving the results you want. Hope that helps!
