I saw where Harmony CA filler was recently fda approved. I’m curious if
@Dr_Sullivan or
@Rejuvall plan to utilize this for male enhancement.
If so would this be a firmer feel than traditional HA? I’m assuming it would be much harder to dissolve but with potentially more benefits - sort of middle ground between HA and PMMA. I’d appreciate any feedback

I just confirmed with the rep it is not approved yet . Allergan is hoping for 2025 approval. It is firmer than HA and it would be partially dissolvable. Yes I think it would be a sweet spot between PMMA and HA.

As others have mentioned, it's not available in the US yet, but we're definitely looking into it and will keep y'all updated. Thanks!

November 22nd, 2024 00:47 UTC #1308719654 HarmonyCA or Ellanse are my top 2 picks right now for my first filler. Got the money and finally have time away from work. Hoping to get one done next week.
Leonardo Medecine in Toronto offers a hybrid blend of Radiesse (supports collagen growth) and HA. Sounds very similar to HarmonyCA. I'd like to know what's the difference between HarmonyCA and Dr. Leonardos hybrid blend.

Just an update. i spoke with the Allergan rep and they are now not anticipating approval in 2025. I seems that the FDA has requested some changes that will take time to implement.

2025 is just around the corner -- and for all the bad press or suspicion the FDA occasionally gets (sometimes for good reason), forcing a medical device company or pharmaceutical to make changes can generally be a positive thing for all parties, especially the consumer/patient. Typically a change from a government regulatory body is meant to ensure the product meets mandated standards, which generally is a good thing.
I'd much prefer patience and a quality product than to rush something out that has a glaring issue that we, the public, clearly are not aware of (yet). Food for thought

It's been about 6 months since your last post. Have you heard of any updates?

Even then, would any Dr start putting this in the head like regular HA filler? I've seen people that do the head complain that the filler gets reabsorbed within 6 months- but this new filler would stay much longer or would be a permanent glans enhancement?

I’ve moved away from using filler in the glans primarily due to its limited duration of effect. Additionally, I believe the glans is a high-risk area for filler placement in general. It's also important to note that CaHA filler is not typically used in the lips because it’s not considered safe or appropriate in that area—I see the glans as anatomically and structurally similar to the lips, and for that reason, I plan on avoiding using CaHA fillers in the glans as well.
