Hey I had HA filler 7 days ago. Results impressive no bumps at all but will keep massaging and advised no 28 days.

I have some concerns and questions.

I think the DR but too much in - the filler feels too squishy and thick even when Erect - will this firm up at all? Also if it does not can you have the filler partially dissolved so it perhaps takes away 20% and will it be uniform? There is really too much filler especially the bottom 1/3rd so it makes master ayion and I fear sex too soft and the filler clumps up when I pull my Foreskin down - I suspect I will need viagra to guarantee a very hard Erection to thin it out as much as possible?

I guess over time the filler will slowly dissolve but I’d be interested if it can be thinned out but not completely removed around the base?

Many thanks

I'd give it some time. Even though Hyaluronic Acid (HA) does not induce the amount of collagen you'd get with PMMA or Ellanse, its very presence will stimulate some collagen & elastin, which can help firm it up some overtime. Also, perhaps the "overfilling" could contribute to it, as well as the fact that you are fresh off a procedure and could have residual tenderness/swelling (even if minimal). In other words, I'd wait it out at least 6 weeks before making any moves or decisions.

Who was the doctor? How many CC’s? Pics would be helpful . What brand of HA?

It’s unlikely to firm up. If anything HA tends to be the most firm when first injected. It’s possible it was injected too superficially and not deep enough. Reply with those questions answered and pics and you’ll get much better guidance.

Not to disagree with @Skeptical_One but in my experience HA only gets softer over time .

Very true @Dickwhitman79 , your input is extremely crucial here -- I just want to be sure I emphasize that I used the word "can" with respect to HA becoming firmer, not that it will. Your results will vary, and I have seen & read men with satisfactory firmness and those who felt otherwise.

I imagine the volume injected, Injector technique/experience, brand of filler, number of appointments/top-offs, among other factors play a role here, making it impossible that any one specific treatment protocol is a "one-size-fits-all."

Through anecdotal experiences and information online, one thing I know for certain is that all erect penises have some "give," when pressed or squeezed, and are never literally rock hard. In other words, the change in texture, contour, and feel may be for some an adjustment to a new size. Again, this isn't representative of all experiences, which is why I emphasized the need to give it a minimum of 6 weeks before knowing for sure whether it was an adjustment-period or a dissatisfaction.

All things considered, Hyaluronic Acid (HA) has the strongest safety profile among filler options and is reversible (through treatment or just the simple passing of time), and thus becomes a strong trade-off, especially for those newly acquainted with injectable phalloplasty. Some find that they like the HA (especially in low-to-modest volumes where you aren't looking for obscene gains, although those sometimes work, albeit uncommon) and can tolerate the annual maintenance, whereas others opt for alternative options, or even a discontinuation of gains altogether. Like I said before, giving it a reasonable passage of time and some test driving will be the true judge of the matter in you case.
