TOPIC: Thoughts on bellafill round 2 short turn around and filler above the circ scar

My starting stats were 7 BPEL x 5 MSEG. About a month ago I had my first filler procedure here locally in AZ. I received 8 syringes of 30% Bellafill (6.4cc) with PRP. I am thrilled with the results. Much to my suprise my mid-shaft Girth has been holding at 5.75”. A confusing but exciting gain from a modest amount of filler. I keep waiting for the Girth to drop a little bit as the bovine collagen absorbs and my body replaces it with its own collagen, but so far it’s holding strong. My symmetry is a little imperfect with slightly more filler around the left side, but overall i am super happy and sex has been great. I also didn’t think I would care about a better Flaccid hang, but damn, that has actually been a nice confidence booster. I occasionally take vyvanse which is a stimulant medication I’m suprised. Normally my Flaccid is pathetic when I’m on it, but not anymore haha.

Idk if it helps but I’m taking collagen peptides protein powder and rubbing on collagen peptide lotion daily. I’m also on testosterone and take a 2.5mg Cialis every other day lately as well as citrulline.

I would like to eventually get to 6-6.5 Girth. I did
Not have filler above the Circumcision line and mine is close to 3 inches from the tip of my penis. I think if I gained much more without adding to the area above the circ line, I would have a prominent “shelf” and it would also look a bit silly.

I’m really happy with my doctor so far and she is willing to do another round whenever I’m ready and also she is willing to put filler above the circ line.

I have read that maybe it’s best to wait 3 months to do round 2 so I just wanted to get some thoughts on if it would be a mistake to have filler added within 2 months of my initial procedure. Currently I have a flexible schedule and can take 3 days off to babysit a post procedure Dick and do a great job with aftercare. Right at about 3 months I will be working 50-60 hours a week doing electrician/construction work. Doing physical stuff and not set up great to do the aftercare as I would like. So I am maybe looking at either doing round 2 on the early side , or waiting possibly a a year till things slow down to do it. Would it be a mistake to do another modest round of Bellafill so soon? (8-10 syringes) Do I need to give time for collagen to do its thing and would adding filler too soon disrupt that?

Also I’m aware that getting filler above the Circumcision like is tricky and there is a higher risk of nodules. This lady isn’t Dr Rupeka but has done a fair share or filler above the circ line and she seems confident. Should I maybe request a modest amount of filler above the circ line to test the waters and to make my sharp Girth increase around mid-shaft more gradual? Am I better off doing say 10% filler above the circ line?

For those of you that have either had quick back to back rounds of Bellafill or filler above the circ line, how did it go for you. Were you happy with the results?

There’s a reason almost none of the docs on here inject there. If you’ve had a good result I’d call it a day.

Your penis can either be enhanced (read: bigger and still look natural) or it can be enlarged (read: much larger but not aesthetic/natural). Right now you’re enhanced. You love it. At least wait a while before deciding to get it ENLARGED. My $.02

Thanks for the feedback. I’m ok with having a weird/unnatural looking Dick as long as it’s bigger and still functional lol. I’m definitely getting more filler at some point. I’m just need to decide when to do round 2. Im still undecided about filler above the circ line and looking for people’s experiences that have had filler placed there.

I have filler above the circ line and it’s fine. I also plan to get more filler above circ line to make the taper even more gradual once I’m done evening out the base. I also take Cialis and have overall great health and super good blood flow. I think that makes a big difference for how you grow your own collagen and if the area above the circ line gets lumpy with filler or does not. It’s not a different body part up there, just slightly thinner skin.

My opinion is go for it earlier if you have more time to do good after care. It’s so so important. I did my second round about a month after first and had zero issues.

I would caution to wait longer then have a quick turnaround for your 2nd round. Maximize your what you have. My 2nd round was not that great and I feel it was because of a quick turnaround.
