Who is she?

I'm not a doctor, but that doesn't sound like a good plan to test for allergies. I guess HA is temporary, but id want to avoid potentially giving my clients and allergic reaction in their Dick.

Allergic reaction to HA is extremely rare. I know of no Dermatologist that does allergy testing for HA and the FDA does not advise it for any HA filler. There are delayed hypersensitivity reactions but these are also extremely rare and they can’t be tested for. Repeated challenges (ie treatments) can actually induce allergic reactions. Going slow might produce better aesthetics however. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah 5 is really low. Doubt you are gonna notice anything.

If you really want to allergy test do a face or lip filler for a portion of a syringe.

I think it's a good start and it's not about the allergy

I agree 5ml is very low and after the initial swelling subsides I don’t think you will see any significant difference. It’s just one tablespoonful. Eventhough I have a small member with much less real estate I did 12ml on the first round to see improvements. Looked at the result while the Dr was injecting at 10ml I requested 2ml more. Did round 2 after 3 months and added a further 6ml to look nice.

Since you are going to the clinic being punctured and jabbed, might as well do 10-12ml to make the effort worthwhile. My 2 cents.

The prp shot I've heard can make your penis longer but I have no idea if that's true or not

Platelet rich plasma (PRP) by itself will not make your penis larger, be it length or Girth. The idea behind its use in male Phalloplasty is that it can provide healing & growth factors to a post-op penis, improving both recovery and results. How much it impacts each individual's results likely vary, and it's more of a "it can't hurt to add to my procedure," than anything else. Like, PRP is relatively safe (from your own blood) and you're already on the operating table, why not maximize any possibility even if marginal? That's the thinking behind it I'd imagine for many.

Absolute nonsense. Run away from and Doc telling you that. PRP at most can trigger some vascularization but at the risk of jabbing needles into your delicate corpus cavernosum

Platelet rich plasma (PRP) has been used in conjunction with Girth enhancement quite a bit among Clinics I'm in touch with, and generally speaking does not appear to present any significant risks in terms of complications (assuming of course, the administrator of the injections are qualified).

That said, I want to reiterate that it is no guarantee that it will necessarily maximize your results -- but rather that "in theory, it could," and its relative cost & safety profile make it worthwhile for some guys, especially if they're having the PRP injected the same day as Girth enhancement.

I'm privy to some "in-house" trials that showed some potential legitimacy with respect to PRP and Girth enhancement (example: twin males where one had PRP and the other had not, and gains for the PRP twin were notably better), however the sample size is simply not sufficient enough to establish any scientific facts, guarantees, or merits in this regard.

There is also literature out there regarding PRP's use in other areas of healing & growth factors of the body that could in theory carry over to Male Enhancement -- of course this is all theoretical but worth mentioning.
